i think even if someone was in there she would have still taken the picture, notice in one of her bathroom ones there is someone else in the mirror. pat will take a picture anywhere.

I just ordered an extremely cheap one off amazon the other day. I just wanted to see if I liked it and to play around without spending a ton of money. I know I'll only use it a few times.

These pictures are great Pat! We are looking at possibly going in October 2013! I have a cousin getting married in Glendale, and it happens to fall during our school's fall break! I think that's a sign!
Am a little concerned about booking a studio at the 7 month mark. The first week of October is not completely available. Do you know if something is going on?
They do Halloween parties at DL, don't they? I'd love to check that out!

Hoping we can get some decent airfare, but flights don't all come out until April. Might have to book the GC and then hope - they'd be borrowed points, so not sure what happens to them if we cancel.

The Villas are few in number - I was really lucky at 7 months.
You will have to stalk it right at 7 months.

They do have Halloween parties in DL. I will have some pictures of that too. However a spoiler - I like MK better.

If you borrow poits you would have to use them in the year you borrowed them into.

I found out you can be online at either 8 or 8:30 am when the phone line open at 9? I think that is right. It is 1/2 hour before the phone lines open. When I was booking Dec., I logged in and it was not updated but then the site is unavailable then updated so hang in during the time where they are actually updating and GOOD LUCK.

My dilemma is that we are wanting GCV, but if we can't get it, there are not any other options at Disneyland. We'd have to come up with a whole different trip to WDW, and it would be on pretty short notice. We'd kind of be SOL, no?

I have to admit, the only thing that bugs me is the carpet in the main lobby. It just seems too loud for the room to me. Other than that, it's WL West!

There were a couple of rooms that had a great World of Color view but I was pretty happy even though I had to look right and lean out a bit.

It is very WL but not so "woodsy". I was very happy witht the studio, very spacious and nice.

When I had to waitlist BWV for May it entailed borrowing. Online I had to "agree" to allow then to borrow the points IF the waitlist came through. If your waitlist does not come through I guess the borrowing does not happen.

Now if you get one night at a time or only able to get some of the nights and can't use it then the points that are locked in and borrowed already would have to be used by the end of the use year.

I guess then your use year would be important. If the trip would be close to the end of your use year, then it is risky.

Funny the carpet is only in within the chairs in the lobby - it actually flows out into a tile border that matches the carpet pattern.

From above it looks really loud but the pattern is so big that when you are on the floor, it kind of flows.
