We will be there! At WDW at least, not sure about Poly beach...I heard it was maybe blocked now on NYE without wristbands but don't know if that's actually true or not.

The parking spot and potential rain. you might be on to something.

Well if its is, very cool! I do wonder looking at it how you get out.

NYE 2013 - Funny you should say that..... That has been on my mind as I try to look forward for vactions in 2013.

I can book BCV or SSR in late January.

We will be attempting a 6/3 BWV/THV split starting on the 29th....for your planning reference.

But where is the animatronic sleeping lion?

Last NYe - No wristbands that I saw. There was a dedicated area with Chairs set up and reserved but most of the beach was open.

I have no notes on the escape but I think I went back down the grass and then there was a curb cut to let me out.

Nice and quiet here. Dinner late due to the nocturnal one.
So far not horrible. Having a four day weekend is nice and I am sure by Saturday I will feel completely rested.

We have never had a problem being there for NYE or 4th of July, but we usually go early, and sometimes we have dinner reservations. Not always, though, and we have never had anyone question us. I know that any year it could change, though. Momof2TNboys tried to get over there late one year, and they were not letting them on the monorail, so she missed out. There is no better view of the fireworks, in my opinion. Unless there is a problem, we plan to ring in 2014 on the Poly beach.

Bill was a great driver!!! I questioned the grass parking too. Came in handy when trying to leave though.

That dress was really cute. I love that color too. I bet you were trying to lure tumble monkey for a tumble.

Those fireworks look fabulous. I watched them last year, but didn't get an ideal spot...uneducated on the beach locations. I hope to have a chance to see them from there in the future again.

Glad you are caught up. I need to get some updates done while I can. At least by the time I go back.... again.

After seeing the African Denny and Amy I headed to Asia.
Headed over to EE to use FP #1- Single rider line not open yet.

Picked up another one just in case.

Creepy skeleton on the way up.

Lines must have been pretty short and even though they took my FP there was no need. So I rode again.

You got some really good Fireworks pictures! I never can get clear ones, I have a couple of cool ones of fireworks but they are all weird and squiggly. My camera has a fireworks setting but it is a delay feature and I get frustrated with it.

Great job on getting to rope drop at AK, looks like you made the right choice crowds wise. I love the Tigers, we missed them on the last trip (actually didn't get to either of the "Trails."
