Someones stolen Dh's ebay username and has sold goods under him name.Unfortunatly we didn't realise until dh had an emal from ebay suspending his account for misuse. Dh didn't even get the items listed emil that you receive.

I had this right before we went to wdw, its awfull

I have had to open a new account the others still suspended while ebay sort it out

Vicky a similar thing happened with our Ebay account several weeks ago. The only reason that we knew was becuase we did receive the listing e-mails, there were over 100! At first I couldn't figure out how they had had got our password, but after investigating further we found that it wasn't our Ebay account that had been infiltrated, but Ebay, as there were hundreds of Ebay accounts with the identical items for sale with the same format. We contacted Ebay and it took several e-mails but eventually we manged to sort it out and they cancelled the listing charges. We also had an e-mail Ebay stating that because of we had infringed on Tiffany's (it was sets of Tiffany jewellery that were being sold) intellectual copyright laws we wouldn't be able to sell anything until we had done an Ebay tutorial!

Are you sure that it has definitely been suspended. Often you receive emails suggesting that your account is suspended. They include a link if you want to dispute it. UNDER no circumstances click it. If you do you will be asked to sign on with your user name and password. That is how the scammers gets your details.

I probably get at least 2 emails a day for paypal and ebay suggesting this, or where is my goods, confirming a listing that of course I've not loaded. The delete key is your best friend.

twice in the last 2 weeks i have had emails saying the seller has been suspended from ebay on items i have bought luckily i stopped the payments in time,seems to me they have a way of getting detail from somewhere as these accounts where both people who where not very active on ebay in recent months and i think thats a deliberate ploy to make as much as they can quickly,i got a bit careless but the motto goes if it looks to cheap its probably a scam
