We leave Thursday morning at 6:20...and my son just started vomiting tonight!! If it's the stomach flu...I am worried about the rest of us....! My son is only 2 so I can't really get much info from him as to how he feels. Why couldn't of this happened last Monday night?!?! I guess I will go to bed...and see how things are in the morning!

Oooh!! Start pounding the Emergen-C & other immune boosters! Typically I don't get my kids viruses, but being sick before DL was my worst fear! Hang in there!!

my family got sick at disneyland last week. 1/2 of our group while on the trip and the other half the day after we got back. my kids have been throwing up and feverish for days. It sucks. I hope your son feels better soon. It only took my son 3 very long days to get better. He is just right as rain now. Good luck to you! :)

Well..he was only up once during the night...and now is just laying on the couch watching Seasme Street...I'm giving him small amounts of water...so far so good....now just hoping that my husband, 7 year old, and me are okay...I agree most of the time I don't get the kid's viruses...just nervous...in November my 2 year old got the stomach flu...2 days later...the rest of us got it....the chances of this happening twice to my family I'm hoping are very small!!! I'm mostly worried about one of us being sick for the flight...if we got sick once we got there...we would have to deal with it...but flying when sick...not good! (There has been no confirmed cases of swine flu in our province...so I'm not worried about that)

Could be just something he ate that didn't agree with his tummy:confused3
or it is just one of those lovely kid things that like to keep parents on their toes.
you take care of your little guy and all will be well!! remember to keep eveyone washing those hands!!!!

Are you driving or flying? Even if it isn't the Swine Flu you KNOW the airport will pitch a fit if they think you are sick.

good luck

Hope he feels better! Probably a couple of days of lots of fluids and taking it easy will see him better. I sure hope so!

The rest of you start taking Airborne! DD and I started taking it 2 weeks before our trip, the chewables-- they're gross, but not as bad as that nasty brew you get by dropping the fizzy tablets in water. They aren't supposed to be proven, but I think they really do help support your immune system.

My oldest DD got very sick on our flight to our very first DL trip a year ago, and got sicker and sicker all throughout the trip. Which is why she and I did a "do-over" trip last October-- trip report linked in my siggy.

I hope you all get and stay healthy and have a wonderful time! Here's some pixie dust! pixiedust:

We are flying....this is abit of a concern ....so far he has not vomited it since the middle of the night...I am hoping today and tomorrow with lots of liquids..will make him better. Other than Mexico...does anyone know if airports are doing anything...such as filling out health forms...taking temperatures etc?
