My advice would be to go. We went 2 years ago and got stuck in Hurricane Jean. The parks did close that 1 day, but other than that, we had no problems, and that was a bad storm. Please try not to worry, you'll be fine! We are leaving Saturday and we are not letting it stop us!!BeckyEsq said:We are leaving Sunday, what should we do? I did buy the trip insurance through Disney, but I have no idea what that means, what it covers, etc. Any advice?

2) But, this is Florida.
3) it is also Storm and Hurricane season.
4) You take the bad with the good.
5) Just come and hope for the best.
I LOVE your philosophy

Prayers and pixie dust for everyone traveling within the next week![]()

Yes, I know, but if it DOES hit here, Publix will be VERY busy with people buying water/tuna/canned milk/sardines/Chef Boy R Dee/fresh fish/Meat/Milk etc........Evil Queen said:And I believe they are saying if it is S. Florida, it could be as soon as this weekend.
I was going to "play hookie" from work, but if it does hit, I may not be able too.......
