hi all, nothing yet, but there are some really great people at DVC and DCL bending over backwards to help us. We are on waiting lists, there are DCL managers working with our DVC supervisor, I truly believe they are doing everything they can, but unfortunately, the ship appears to be at capacity and not even 1 more person can get on . No matter what happens, this has been a great experience of seeing first hand the care and concern that Disney CM's have for their guests. Once we hit the 48 hr till sailing mark, which is today, there's a good chance something will open up. Thanks for all of the well wishes & PD. I'm relaxed now, no matter what happens. We haven't even thought about what we'll do if he doesn't get on, we're still optimistic.

The amazing thing is that a DS16 has chosen to go on a family vacation with you! Most kids that age want nothing to do with their parents! This may be a blessing in disguise for you and your son..........

Hi dbond, we're still praying for you, the thing that will get you through is this positive mental attitude that you are displaying, no matter what happens like you said everyone is trying their best, your family are safe and together and one day you'll be able to look back on this and laugh together over the experience. HE'S ON!!!!!! Brianna at DVC is our new best friend!!!! Briannna, a DVC supervisor, spent the last 2 days taking care of us. She was awesome!!!! Just when we thought it was time to give up and time to come up with an alternative plan, Brianna calls and lets us know that she convinced DCL to move a party of 3 from their category 10 to our category 7 so we could all 4 be in the same room at only a minimal additional cost. I wish I could see their face when they are told they have been upgra
ded to a verandah room. It's a good feeling to know that our good fortune of having our DS on the ship with us has also benefitted another family by upgrading them to a veranedah cabin!
We're having a great time at BCV. We have a room that overlooks the BCV pool. Today we started the day off at BB, spent the afternoon and evening at the Studios and then returned to BCV for a swim in SB, and finished off the evening in the BCV pool right outside our door. We're having a great time. My stomach has finally stopped churning since the phone call from
Brianna. DS is relaxed and happy and we're all anxiously looking forward to the rest of our trip.

Thanks to all for your well wishes and PD!!!! The last two days has been nerve wracking. It's been a series of coincidences that led us to a miraculous conclusion. Prayers and Pixie Dust, that's the only explanation!!!!!
