The majority of this stuff isn't Disney's fault. It's the people who are being stupid and do things they aren't supposed to. Like the dude killed by the monorail; his fault he was trying to sneak in! Some I know are complete accidents and Disney can't prevent them. But some, people are just being stupid.

Disney had no idea that the guy was going to climbb over the monorail.
That was just stupid on the guy's part.

Why in the WORLD would you climb over the monorail tracks?!

Some of those were just plain stupid. Disney states clearly at the start of any ride where a heart, back, or neck condition could come into play that if you have one, you shouldn't ride this ride. People who ignore those warnings and then get hurt and die don't have the right to sue. They were told not to do it!

And the sheer stupidity of some of them! The kid on the monorail tracks? The kid that tried to swim back from the island? Both dumber than a box of rocks in those cases. No common sense, those two.

If you notice most of these people had known they had conditions and were riding at their own risk. As unfortunate as their deaths were, most of them aren't Disney's fault.

Most of the incidents on some of the rides are not the parks fault but the riders.
Does anyone read the warnings anymore? I do. For my sarcasticness when I am in line I scream really loud 'ANYONE PREGNANT? IF YOU ARE, BETTER BE CAREFUL! ANYONE WITH HEART PROBLEMS? BETTER GET OFF PLEASE!"

Sorry but, people can read. If they've already made the decision to ride anyways a couple of teenagers aren't going to affect their decision. It'd just make them really annoyed. They are adults after all.

Wikipedia has always been truthful for me. But I've heard about most of those anyways, they're true.

heyjude, there is actually a part in the TTA where it speeds up. And the idiot tried to jump between cars and got crushed under the track, I believe.
