The twins at the end is my biggest fear. So anyone travelling jet blue in Nov, I swear those really arent my kids;)

Those kids were a little over the top. What bothered me is I didn't see either parent trying to reign them in. I strongly recommend a dose of Benedryl (do a test run 1st because it does make some children more hyper). I'm sure your kids are darlings though and will be fine.

What got me more about the show was the couple who was leaving from LA to India for a $5000 vacation right after they put their unaccompanied 6yo DD on a flight to Chicago to stay with relatives. The girl was really upset and they wouldn't allow her to fly. The mom ended up flying the 1st leg of a connecting flight with her and then returning to LA. Who does that? Who puts a 6 yo on a plane and then goes around the world on vacation? At the very least what's a few hundred $ more for one of the parents to take her all the way to Chicago and get her settled.

The one that really bothered me is the boy traveling by himself that was tripping other passengers and running up and down the aisle. He kept saying that he wouldn't be in trouble with his parents. And when his father FINALLY showed up to pick him up, the boy DIDN'T get in trouble.

Those twins at the end were brats. But they must be used to acting however they want because the parents did nothing to calm them down.

A 6 year old on a plane by herself?!? My daughter is 6 and she would absolutely freak out. I'm flying down to pick her up from her mom's on Friday. No way I'd put her on a plane alone. Not for a long time ;)

Thank-you! I was yelling at the TV (and DH) that it was insane to put that child on the plane. She was scared to death, she didnt want to go and they said it was the second time she has flown by herself. So, was she 4 the first time?!!!

I cant blieve the airlines would let a child that young fly by themselves.

In my shock over the 6yo girl, I forgot about the boy traveling alone. He was pretty bad but the employees were almost making a joke of it introducing him as "our little troublemaker" and then almost laughing. His father's reaction didn't really suprise me - the apple doesn't fall far.

Yea...we watched it....once again...its one of those Dr. Phil moments...."what were you thinking???!".....

The 6 yr old girl should have NEVER flown by herself to anywhere...I would be mortified to think parents do this stuff.

The little boy "William" was not funny in me to the least bit nor to my kids...and should have been sat down by a supervisor of SW and set straight....like maybe NO more future flights due to behavior or lack of on a plane. It did seem dad thought the whole thing funny. What if he had tripped someone and caused a broken ankle or leg...would it have been so funny then...?

The twins father had some REAL issues. He apparently threatened the older gentleman (that they gave the free ticket too). It appeared that the two year olds were NOT disiplined for anything.....what were they thinking??? I think the dad made some stupid comment about "I guess I'm supposed to spank them for their behavior"....(not sure if those were his exact words but YEAH...HELLLO dad....kids learn alot thru their bottoms if thats the only thing that gets their attention. I remember when both of my boys were 2...they got time outs...toys taken away..then a swat on the seat if the other failed to work. They did NOT act like those two on the show. Is it no wonder that kids of today (teens) show little to no respect for elders...all this stuff starts really young and if they have no clue...well..look at our society....what a shame. You wouldn't believe what I see working in Emergency....what were they thinking...?

My son is 6 and has travelled a lot and I would still never let him fly alone. He is going to his Mom-mom's after Christmas this year. They are flying out to get him and I am flying out the next weekend to pick him up. He will not be flying there alone until he is in his teens.
