Ah see, there's the thing....she could win all the custody she wants (if she is willing to have all her deepest secrets revealed and be subjected to whatever they would do to her) BUT - those kids have been brainwashed their whole lives, and they are old enough to CHOOSE who they want to be with and where tey want to be, they CHOOSE to be with him, cuz he is the one with the kool-aid. Nicole said that in an interview....that her kids want to live with him, and there isn't anything she can do about it.

but I was bored today so here's my 2 cents worth toward the conspiracy. Suri looks just like her mom but since Katie and Tom have similar coloring, she does look like Tom as well. (especially those blue eyes) I've always thought she looked several months older than what was claimed though. So, I did a little digging. YMMV!

I watched Bill OReilly tonight (DONT GROAN! ) They talked about ecery single media outlet whom has posted that Tom Cruise video has been sent a 'cease and desist' letter from Sci lawyers threatning law suits.

The only site who has snubbed their nose at them is gawker.com. They say it's news worthy and can be used under the 'fair use' laws of copyright.

Gawker is now hosting a copy of the video; it's newsworthy; and we will not be removing it.

You GO Gawker!!!

I have a feeling theyre in for a bumpy ride. We should all Paypal donate to them.

I just took 3 days (around my "real" life, of course!) to catch up just from ~Jan 10th. We went to see Mickey, so I missed PAGES!!

CathrynRose, you ROCK! The info & pictures you find are amazing (oops...I mean....GREAT!). Keep it coming.

Almost from the beginning I thought Josh was the daddy. To me, it's the eyebrows. Suri's don't look like Katie's, and they CERTAINLY don't look like Tom's. Their shape does closely resemble Josh's though. The newest pics that CathrynRose posted a couple of pages back just confirms it for me.

Can you imagine being Josh & thinking "is that kid mine? and she's under Tom Cruise's Scientology thumb"? I don't care if he didn't want the baby, if he even knew that Katie was pregnant, I can't imagine what he'd be thinking now.

I also wanted to say I loved Jerry O'Connell's clip. We've been fans since Sliders, too. He's not the only spoofer out there now, so hopefully he's safe.

I've so enjoyed this thread (and I'm so glad that I've kept up since the beginning...welcome to the new people: how long is it taking to get caught up?).

Oh...and I wanted to mention Katie...the change in her on those 3 videos from Letterman. My GOSH! I'd love to hear Dave's thoughts. I also agree that Katie's hairstyle is to make Suri look like HER. Since she, Tom, Josh & Suri all have dark hair I think it's easier for them to try to hide how Suri doesn't look like Tom, especially if she looks MORE like Katie.

Those are my thoughts for now. Can't wait to see what unfolds!!

(And I'll miss Heath Ledger. Knight's Tale is one of our favourite movies.)

No, he just said "I warned him" he didn't say about what and still hasn't...
The "media" (If you want to go out on a limb and refer to shows like Inside Edition as media) surmised that he meant Ambien since he had a bad experience with it (which was stupid cause his bad experience was he took one and then had to go out for something and almost drove off the road, duh, it says don't operate machinery) then some other "media" surmised he meant playing the role of the Joker which was dark and draining (another duh, try ACTING not being).....BUT Jack never said what he meant.

The link in CR's post is actually to a different message board. I'll see if I can paste the text here for you. It's a little weird.

The thread is titled "Heath Ledger Murder - Scientology" and the original poster says:

If you look closely at the way in which Heath Ledger acts in the public domain, it is an exact (if not similar) copy of the manner in which Tom Cruise acts in in the lime light.

I would postulate that Heath Ledger was killed by scientologists. Heath was not the type to co-operate, yet he was using the same sub-psychology techniques in the public domain as Tom Cruise, in effect he was making Tom Cruise look like a dope.

what (allegedly) exactly has happened....did Nicole lose custody? she was never a scientologist (just married to one), so why couldn't she fight them on keeping her kids?

I still have to catch up on the last page of this thread. But I wanted to address this. Nicole actually has partial legal custody, but not physical custody. She and Keith live in Nashville, so I'm not sure what's up with that. They could live anywhere they want and chose to live 2000 miles away from her kids. And she left them to be raised sci. They've got something on her for sure.

I read an article last night, in OK I think that addressed the kids.

They said that their mansion in LA is in the mist of being renovated to the tune of $35 million. Cass, Tom's sister was living with them, but he bought her a house.

The kids have been living with her. She has been homeschooling them for years. This allowed Tom, Katie and Suri to go to Germany for work while the older kids stayed in LA with their Aunt and continued with their schooling and sports.

When filiming was done in Germany the came back and spent the holidays in Telluride with family. They are currently staying at the Celebrity Scientology Center while the renovations are being finished on their mansion.

Once the renovations are done (which should be very soon) Tom, Kate and all the kids will be living under the same roof.

Wonder where his mom will be living?

Okay, this is freaky. I just came home with In Touch, and on the cover it says "Kristie defends Tom's video"!! This is just spreading like WILDFIRE!!
