Oh Know, I've lost $75. Please help me find it??

I have misplaced my Disney Rewards Redemption Card. It has a balance of $74.89 that I had planned to use for Christmas gifts. I went to the Chase website but can't find anywhere to order a replacement. I'm so bummed!
Is there anyway to get a replacement card?

I would call them & ask... I think they can replace it & void out the other... I am not too sure.

I've called the number from the website but I get nothing but recorded messages with no option to actually speak to someone. I sent an email requesting assistance. Hopefully, that will produce results. Wish me luck!

Call the regular chase number. I think they can help you. I've had a card that was missing and they put the balance on a new card.

Last May we were at Epcot on the first night of our vacation. I went to pay for dinner and realized that I had lost my rewards card. I had transfered $700 in rewards on it!

Needless to say I was very upset. I went back to all the places we stopped but no one had turned it in. I went to guest services and they told me to call Chase. I just called the number on the back of the card. The woman I talked to was super nice and she was able to instantly transfer the rewards to a new card that I got at guest services. I was so relieved as that money was our food budget for the week!

Because the rewards card is a different card than the credit card. She is saying she called the Chase number from her credit card.

Oh, gotcha! So even though it is a different card, the people there can still help you?

Yes, the Chase people can help you, they can cancel the balance on the rewards card and issue a new one. OP just give the number on your disney visa a call and they will help.
