I have GOT to learn to stop checking the weather forecast obsessively. I've moved from the forecast I was so excited about to something less than excited. Yes, it's Disney and will certainly be better than the 30 degree temps in New England but my sunshine and 80's have given way to mid 60's and clouds. And of course for the five days AFTER I leave it shows "abundant sunshine." Literally, that's what it says! ARGH.

Sorry to complain. I know of course how lucky I am to get to go at all and this trip really isn't about pool time anyway. But boy, some sunshine woulda been nice.

Awww, I'm sorry! You never know though, we went during hurricane season and thought we would be rained out everyday! And we weren't, just the first day. I think you need to step away from the weather report.

Oh I know it's Sunday! I have an update planned for the PTR and I really need to wrap up my TR but I am so sad that it is ending. I do have to make a call to Disney so I have to do that before I do my update....

Our weather forecast here in SC said this morning, and I quote, "monsoon type rains." "Showers" in Orlando is better than "monsoon type rains." ( My mother is not so thrilled about coming up here now.)

Awww... don't sweat it! It'll be ok! Anything's better than 30's! Besides, you can pick up cute sweaters and sweatshirts!

Holy cow I leave on Thursday!! I'm trying to get ready. I'd hoped to avoid the last minute packing extravaganza that was my last trip but it's looking like a repeat performance.

I purchased a new carry-on bag for this trip. In which I'll be packing my lap top, cameras, fleece... quite different from the bathing suit and sunscreen I had in my carry-on in October! The photo doesn't do it justice. It's black but not shiny black but with patent leather accents.

And... ta-da... a trip journal for my back-pack. I definitely learned the hard way last trip that I pretty much need to take notes as things happen otherwise I will forget all about it!

I definitely spent much of the last trip thinking how I would describe various things on the TR and I expect this will be no different. It's like you're all along for the ride sitting on my shoulder as I go throughout the day.

Jackie is saying "I need more pictures of the AKL!"

And then there are a whole lot of voices I have yet to decode. Hopefully I don't start talking to myself in the parks!

I do hear them frequently. Do you think that's a problem?? I KNOW re: the picture. I just don't have them of myself. I'm going to see if I can do a print screen from the photopass site...

I am SO excited to stay there. Say nothing of the filet with macaroni and cheese. And I'm also looking forward to finding the area with the night vision goggles. Although somewhere I read or heard that they only have 3 pairs of the night vision goggles?

I know!! I just don't take photos of myself... what do you want??? I'm trying to see if I can do a print screen from photopass. But if I can't then imagine me as a cross between Snow White, Ariel and Belle... only prettier.

Wow! Your trip is almost here! This was definitely the coldest day for me so far on my trip. I think that maybe it hit 63 today. But I believe that the weather is supposed to warm up.

On the one hand that sounds cold but on the other it was in the 30's and snowing here in CT so I think I'll take Orlando and temps in the 60's! My new fleece arrived in the mail so I'm ready!!
