Oga's - DL on March 24th

So I've been looking to book Oga's on this day for awhile now, I've done some practice bookings at 9pm Brisbane time (3am LA time) and watched the availability come online, but it looks like this one was released at an odd time while I've been asleep? have I missed this? the whole day is gone

Is there anything I can do? are walkups possible?

Not sure but keep trying. I did get an Oga’s reservation last minute for an August trip just by trying every day a few times a day. I left the window open on my browser as a reminder.

The first time I went we were at the park super early and we were able to walk up, then our last trip in September, people were walking up towards park close (last hour or so) and I believe they were getting in. I believe they allot 45 minutes, but most people rarely stay that long. Most just want to experience it, have a drink and be off.

ETA: always check a few days after the date you need it, people cancel last minute all the time. Sometimes it helps when you search by time instead of generic Lunch or Dinner. I just searched 1/25 and nothing showed up under dinner, but party of 4 showed up when I tried for 7 pm.
