Offsite Chinese Restaurant?

Do you have any recommendations for an offsite Chinese restaurant? I think we would prefer a buffet but a nearby take-out would be good too . We used to go to NY China Buffet but I don't think they are still in business.

1) Alas, the Chinese eateries near WDW are mediocre-to-poor.
2) But, mainly poor.
3) Don't even bother.
4) Do Indian, Japanese, or Cajun.

NOTE: After traveling extensively in China on business, I can say the local eateries
are not of good quality, However, we do patronize a carryout about 15-min from WDW
called "Bamboo Wok" do a Google. Beef-and-broccoli" and "egg rolls are not not-die-for,
but definitely to-live-for. Probably the most authentic I have seen in the area.

Le china in Celebration is good, they hand make their crab Rangoon with every order, it's yummy

I had the most amazing meal in Beijing for our 15th wedding anniversary, but that's not what I was looking for. Good 'Americanized' Chinese is what I want with good vegetarian options for my DD. I'll check out those 2 suggestions .
