Offsite but has magic hours?

I thought I remember looking a few years back at offsite hotels that have magic hours- somewhere in DTD? Are there hotels that have magic hour privileges that are not DW hotels?

The only non-Disney resorts/hotels that have EMH are:

Swan/Dolphin
DTD Hilton
Shades of Green

The DTD Hiton is the only DTD hotel that has EMH now. The other DTD hotels used to have this amenity, but apparently chose not to continue paying for it.
