Hi I was wondering if anyone had been married or is going to be married by Rev. Roberto Rojas? I need a bilingual officiant and this is the only one Disney has to recommend. I appreciate any feedback anyone might have. Or if anyone else had another bilingual (Spanish) officiant. Thanks! :flower3:

Did either of you (or anyone else out there) book Rev. Rojas? We just booked him for a February 2012 wedding and he seems really, really wonderful.

Rev. Rojas is my SIL's boyfriend's (of 8 years) father. In a sense he is my SIL's soon to be FIL. lol. he is also going to be the officiant at our wedding.

He was at my engagement party. He is REALLY funny. Sometimes his english is a LITTLE hard to understand but as far as I can tell he's amazing.

Oh, thank you! I expected to hear from a bride who had used Rev. Rojas for the ceremony, but never from someone who actually *knows* him. We're having our ceremony in both English (for my parents) and Spanish (for DF's parents), though I have considered doing just Spanish.

Your date is coming up soon. I hope all goes well, and can't wait to see the TR of the big day.

We did end up booking him. He's been really nice. He will be doing our ceremony in both English and Spanish. He sent me a copy of the ceremony and everything looks great. I'm really looking forward to meeting him.

On a side note totally weird to see this post pop up again, since I originally posted it almost a year ago. Wow! And here I am a week and half away.:banana:

I hope everything goes well and that you do a TR to let us all know how everything went. Enjoy your wedding! :mickeyjum

He's a really sweet amazing guy. He is a lil older (his youngest is in his 20s) but he's just a hoot.

My fiances father will be doing our wedding <3 But thank you for reminding me that my grandmother only speaks spanish!! I'm going to have to write a translated program for her! Woohoo!

That's so funny - I just posted a thread about bilingual officiant recommendations. I'll look Rev. Roberto Rojas up right away!
