I mentioned him in my other thread, but I wanted to make an officiant recommendation for those of you who are still looking for someone. We used Rev. Glynn Ferguson and he was simply amazing! I literally don't have one bad word to say about him. He is an ordained baptist minister, but he will do any type of ceremony that you like, from a very traditional Christian ceremony to a secular one. Once you select him as you officiant, he'll send you a bunch of sample ceremonies that you can pick from. We took a little from this one, little from that one, and added some of our own things as well. For second weddings and/or couples with children, there's a number of different things he does to include the kids in the ceremony as well.
He's also super reliable and great on the fly - we had a few things not go as planned, and he was right there with suggestions on what to do and even altered the ceremony slightly before I could ask him to so that it made more sense. (We were supposed to get married outside in a cute little gazebo next to a lake, but it rained like the dickens so we had to move things inside, and we had a lot of lines and even a poem in a ceremony about the beauty of the lake, nature, being outside for this day, etc).
Here is his website for those who are interested: http://www.sensational-ceremonies.com/
You can send him an e-mail, and from there you can set up a face-to-face meet or a phone call to talk about dates and details and all those things. He doesn't have his own church - he does services for a nursing home in St. Cloud and actually works part-time for Disney as well. He's also the volunteer chaplain for the Epcot-area resorts.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to answer them. I know how hard it can be to find a good officiant - especially from far away - but he was fabulous!!
