Our Target had them stocked in the case this morning at 8:30 and no one in the store!!!
Press the home button on the Wiimote that you want to adjust volume on. When the screen changes to Wiimote screen, click on the picture of the Wiimote. You can adjust the volume level, rumble feature and reconnect Wiimote to Wii. Also, you can check battery strength on this screen.

Does anyone have the new game Wario Smooth Moves yet? It looks to be really interactive and fun, but I was hoping someone could give me an opinion on it before I shell out $50Thanks!
SSX Blur is an exclusive Wii version of the popular snowboarding franchise. With SSX Blur, EA set out to combine the best aspects of older SSX games into one nice little package, neatly wrapped up with some solid Wiimote-controls. We recently got a chance to get our hands on a Wiimote and hit the slopes with SSX Blur, and we can state with some degree of certainty that it is a game to watch out for this spring.
To anyone who hasn't read up on the game before now, we should fill you in on just how SSX Blur controls with the Wiimote. For the first Wii entry in the popular snowboarding franchise, EA decided to employ two entirely different control schemes: one for when you are in the air, and one for when you are on the ground. On the ground, tilting the nunchuk controls the character's movement. The analog stick can be used in combination with this to make even tighter turns. The B button is used in conjunction with the Wiimote to hurl snowballs at your competition, thereby slowing them down. The Z button activates a boost, and jumps can be executed with a simple upwards flick of the nunchuk.
Once you jump, however, the whole equation changes. With SSX Blur, EA opted for a completely unique control setup for when the rider is in the air, and it works beautifully. Spins are done by motioning to the right or left with the Wiimote, whereas flips are done by motioning upwards or downwards. Grabs are handled by holding down the Z button and tilting the nunchuk in various directions. Some of the more difficult tricks will throw your rider off-kilter, and in order to right yourself before you land, you will need to press the B button repeatedly.
SSX's Uber Tricks also see a similar motion-control enhancement on the Wii. Once you have filled your Groove Meter to level 3 or above -- which is done by landing consecutive tricks -- you will be able to activate an Uber Trick any time you are in the air. In order to activate the Uber Tricks, you must "draw" different shapes in the air with your Wiimote and Nunchuck. The only one we were able to do was activated by "drawing" a heart shape in the air, and sent us rocketing through the sky in slow motion, pulling off more flips and spins than we could count. This time around, Uber Tricks need to be unlocked by collecting pickups strewn throughout the game's 12 tracks. Every 20 pickups you collect will unlock a new Uber Trick -- of which there are a total of twelve in the game.
.......
The gist of what we are saying is that SSX Blur is a joy to control. It is instantly accessible to jump onto your snowboard and speed down the game's massive tracks. Like other SSX games, it is possible to make some truly huge jumps, which are complemented nicely by the game's massive draw distance. Tricks are impossibly easy to pull off, and it feels great to stick a landing after doing twelve backflips and a nose grab right in succession. The greatest thing about the way SSX Blur controls is that it genuinely does not feel like the designers were trying to fit the old SSX control mechanics onto the Wiimote, instead they redesigned those mechanics with the new controller in mind. It all ends up feeling very natural and intuitive, things that we are always looking for in our Wii games.
Wow! This sounds really good! I didn't even know anything like this existed. We've been using rechargeables and they've been working great but this seems better. Just stick them in the charger whenever you're not using them. I'm going to wait and see if cnet reviews them...or see if I can find any reputable reviews on them. They're 3rd party and that makes me slightly nervous.
Also, we've got a "glove" on one of our remotes which makes battery changing a real pain. I wonder if these could charge while in the glove
I also wonder how it will work as the wii remotes did not come out intending to be recharged...how will this charge station access the batteries to charge them? It appears you just stick them in the charger but if they weren't made that way originally, I'm not sure how it's gonna work.
Any comments?

The Wii Charge Station accepts two Wii controllers (not included) and simultaneously powers them. When the remotes are recharged, an LED charge indicator lights up. The charge station includes two NiMH rechargeable battery packs and a six-foot power cable. On top of everything else, the charge station comes packed with two rubberized battery covers for an improved grip.
Running around as Sonic on the Wii is a more enjoyable hedgehog-themed experience than we have had in years. The game is blisteringly fast and only gets faster the better you play. The game's environments are surprisingly lively, with lots of action taking place on-screen at the same time.

Did you go onto the nintendo website and request the new straps? They'll send them to you for free.soooo my boyfriend and i have had a wii since november and play pretty often, but i had my first startling experience 2 nights ago playing baseball. i knew the strap could break so i've been gripping on to the controller pretty tightly, but somehow it wasn't tight enough. i somehow let go of the controller, it flew into the wall leaving a nice dent in it.the controller is fine though, but man, it was scary. you never realize how much momentum those remotes have!
