Hi all,
I'm sure I'm not the only one who Hurricane Sandy knocked for a loop, and I can only offer my hopes and prayers that all who were affected come out okay. We just got power back at 5 AM yesterday, so we're cramming my parents in since they have no power.
As for running, I never got the chance to run at all this past week since I was stuck running my building in crisis mode all week. I hope to catch up on a few more runs this week, although Galloway has me very cautious about adding more miles during the week. How does everyone else handle the disruption in their training?

1:05:24, beats my previous best time by 2 minutes. Everything went right today, I felt good and set a good pace from the start, which I was able to maintain throughout. Its fun to pass lots of other people, though this year was only the 2nd year of the race and there were WAY more runners than last year.
