For those who use wicking materials, remember that a lot of them will lose efficiency if you use a liquid fabric softener when washing them.
I've heard that using the Bounce type inserts in the dryer will ruin the anti-microbial properties of our running gear leading to really stinky gear.
Not sure I can do 7 during the week the rest of winter though so my Wednesdays might top out at 5 soon. I hope that doesn't hurt me too much when it comes time for the marathon.
. I should have just gone to the gym but I decided since the sun was coming up, I would run the track at the JHS a few blocks away. I HATE running on the track. It is so, so, so, so boring
! I would rather run on the treadmill while watching TV. At first it was beautiful watching the sun rise and seeing the trees, but that got old after 4 laps, LOL
. I'll get back out after work, do the 4th mile and work on my speed.
Stupid high maintenance running clothes!!
. I almost killed him...almost.
LOL At least he does laundry so I can't complain too much.
That's why I do the laundry in our house. I have certain things that I want to air-dry and separate detergent for my running stuff...I can keep it all straight better than my husband, so I take care of it all. Plus, I know he hates laundry and I don't mind it (in return he does the dishes...which I HATE).
Thanks!
