Well, I just registered! On race day I will be 33 1/2 weeks pregnant!!
I got official confirmation from the dr this morning that as long as I'm trying trying to win (I'm not) I'll be fine.
I've been pretty actively wogging (I did the 5k loop on the TM the other day) and I feel pretty comfortable going the 1/2 distance in March.
Tomorrow I will be wogging 4 miles.

I haven't bought it yet... I can't make up my mind! I really like the deluxe tiara, but the new tiara are really cute also. The deluxe tiara is on Amazon, the other springtime tiara is probably in the store. But if the old tiara is majorly reduced I may just get that one

Okay, I couldn't resist! I scoured the 'net and bought this:

I did a WDW half 4 years ago and am getting back on track after foot surgery last year.

I am so happy that Princess Half is at same time as Flower & Garden 'cause i love the topiaries.

I, too, am very excited about the Flower and Garden Festival, too. I can't wait to walk around and take lots of pictures.

Wanted to state again for all those who have just joined us -- We will be doing an "informal" DIS WISH meet / dinner at the POR food court (they have a make your own pasta station - about $10) on Sat. night at 5pm for anyone interested in joining us! IT was great to meet last year, take pics, etc..

Thanks for that reminder. I must have missed that earlier in the thread. I am planning my days now, so I will make sure to put that on the schedule.

I've just signed up to work the sat, at the expo. Maybe I will get to sign some of you in!!!!

You have to wear there t-shirts, but perhaps I could wear a tiara. I will think of something.

I don't think they have many in chairs, so that might be worth looking out for.

I plan on attaching an Ariel tiara on to a visor and wear a purple top. I wanted to buy a green running skirt, but I can't find one. I may put green sequins on a black skirt...we'll see.
My mom is going to wear a Belle tiara on a visor.

There is a green skirtsport skirt on sierra trading post (last I checked, they had it in every size).

It would be perfect for Ariel! I just bought it in black and like it a lot.

I don't appear to have enough posts and the board won't let me post the link... but if you go to sierratradingpost and search for the "roller girl" skirtsport skirt, you should find it.

Oh yes, and I think I may have posted on here once, but I don't remember for sure... my name is Mary Jo and I am signed up to do the half marathon. We're staying at the POR Riverside... I'm traveling with my husband and two children (5 and 3) but am hoping that the rest of them sleep while I run

I am booked at akv kidani and I will not have a car. This is my first race. I am starting to worry about getting to the race ontime. What if no cabs are available etc etc.....all the worrying is starting.

I have only been to wdw 2x once at owk and 1 at cbr. I am thinking of switching to ssr or okw just because of transportation. That way I can take the bus and don`t worry. I would really love to stay at akv but....will I get to the race ontime...or at all lol

How do the corrals work? I understand it's by your estimated finish time. I really have no idea when I'll finish. I hope to run most of the race at a jog. I entered 2:45. Any idea what corral that will be?

Also, last year I ran the 5K--it took a few minutes to cross the start--really messing with my time. How does this work for the Half? Do you just shave off a few minutes of your time depending on how quickly you cross the start? I was so frustrated last year--practically walking through the start due to the mass of people?

For the 1/2 you wear a D-tag so it does not matter when you cross the line you will have the correct time.

As you have not entered a proof of time I would expect you to be placed in the last corall.

I'm so excited for this race because I've talked my two Galloway training partners into running with me! We're doing the Princess and then a week later also running the Sarasota Half.

There will be matching shirts, of course, and I am hoping we can get the tiara Bondi Bands that WISH got last year again. Who coordinated the Bondi Band effort? Do you think she'll have tiara bands for the general public? Maybe I should e-mail her...

Yay! Glad that I could help! Mine seems very slightly on the big side, so if you went with the smaller of the two sizes, that would probably have worked... if not, it's just slightly on the big side.

You have me thinking about what i'm going to wear... I was just going to go with my most comfortable running stuff, but my princess is belle and I have one yellow tank, so maybe I'll wear that... but with a black skirt b/c there's no way I could match this yellow, nor would I want to, in a skirt

I'm getting anxious waiting for my dh to wake up so I can go to the gym and get in my long run -- 10 miles today. I've been doing most of my runs on a track indoors, since the sidewalks here are icy and dangerous.
