Yep, this is the most animated jury they've ever had - I love it!

I feel bad for Erik being so young and naive, but like others have said, if he's such a fan of the show, he should have known better. Esp. after all the blind-siding he's seen just this season.

I still don't like Natalie, so I hope she doesn't make the final 3. I didn't like Pavarti at first, but she's starting to grow on me. Cirie is lousy at the challenges, but she's really good at the out-witting part and reading people. Overall, I'd like Amanda to win.

I think this may be the season of the worst players ever. I don't think all of them are dumb, but two people got voted out when they had the hidden immunity idol just because they didn't play them, and both had some idea that they may go, not to mention how dumb it was of Jason to not know a fake idol from a real one.

Erik's move last night has got to be the dumbest thing ever in Survivor history. When he got voted off, James said he was no longer the dumbest Survivor ever. I didn't watch Survivor - China, what did James do that was so "dumb?"

James had TWO hidden immunity idols in his bag - AND DIDN'T PLAY THEM - his teammates had convinced him he was safe and he didn't play them and was voted out!

He got two idols because in that season they would trade players back and forth between the two camps... if I remember correctly James was given the hidden idol by the opposing camp so he couldn't be voted out and be in their alliance after the merge. He then got back to his camp and found the idol that was hidden there (same place) so he then had two!

I agree with you that not all of the players are bad, in fact the ones causing the blind sides, are probably some of the better ones.

Amanda's probably the best right now, getting Alexis voted out instead of her.

Natatlie is just plain mean. Sorry, but it is true. And Cirie and Parvati are not deserving. Should be interesting on Sunday.

I realized something last night. There has been no car reward yet. I don't ever recall a car reward past the final five, so does that mean there won't be one this season?

I'd kind of like to see Cirie win it all. She's played the best mental game of any of them. And her scheme last night was just brilliant. Who would have thought that Eric might be stupid enough to give away immunity. Amanda is my second choice. Natalie is mean and I just don't like Parvati. I didn't like her the first time she was on either. And like others, I am really enjoying watching the jury's reactions. Can't wait until Sunday!

I don't think they had a car reward on the last Survivor, either. Maybe they got rid of it because of the "curse". Wasn't the last car the one where Yau won the car and gave it to Dreamz in exchange for Dreamz not voting for Yau but Dreamz went back on his word?

You know what else they didn't do on this Survivor - the gross food challenge. The only gross food was those bats that James was eating, but that's it.

(ETA: I can't believe I remember the details of the Yau/Dreamz car thing, but I can't tell you what I had for dinner last night! LOL!)

Absolutely agree that he was an idiot for falling for their trick. But, not an idiot just because of his choice of jobs.

Still can't feel for him. He is a major fan of the game, he should know better than to give away immunity, especially at this point in the game. There is no margin for error and the voting options are limited.

On another note, I still can't cheer for Cirie. Yes, she has been excellent at the thinking part of the game but she is terrible at the rest. If I was Amanda, I would be POed to find out that Parvati didn't feel the need to look for teh idol. If they hadn't played Eric, that might have been a big mistake.

Overall, Amanda has been the best player in this game.

That is a good point about Erik. Sometimes I forget he and his old tribemates are supposed to be "superfans." A number of them acted like they'd never seen an episode of Survivor before.

I was also wondering why Parvati didn't look for the idol. That seemed like an arrogant move on her part, like she's feeling too secure in her position. Well, we all know what happened to Ozzy when he started feeling too comfortable in his spot.

Sunday should be interesting! If Amanda takes Natalie and Parvati to the final TC I think she'd win hands down. If Amanda doesn't win, I hope Cirie does because I like her strategic gameplay, and I don't like Natalie or Parvati much.

I know we all agree to disagree about Cirie on this thread (I happen to like her) and I see the point of the story that you think she doesn't do anything around camp. But just this week when they came back from Tribal and it was pitch black out somebody asked about a fire. Cirie said she'd make one and somebody said "in the dark?" and with that they showed her starting the fire what seemed like almost immediately. So if she really stinks around camp you would think that she would not have been able to make the fire at night. I always have to remind myself that this show is heavily edited - there is SO much we don't see.

Anybody that takes Natalie and Parvati to the finals should beat them. Neither has made a bunch of friends. Should be a great night!

I personally hope your dad is right -- I especially can't stand her after her comment about "***** slapping" him. Just hope she's out the door as quickly as possible.

I really don't think anyone would have changed their vote because he gave Natalie the idol. I think the jury would've voted for him for other reasons, but not because of what he did with the idol.

I don't think there is any way Natalie could win either. The only person that seems to like her is Alexis.
