Joining this group! DH and I just booked Pop for 9/13 - 9/17. First trip without the kiddos (who are now grown).

I’m going to be at POP 9/7-9/14....haven’t stayed there in years but want to be able to use the Skyway.

Welcome in @Lsdolphin to the September 2022 Group!!!! Congratulations on your trip to the Pop. The Skyliner is such a plus to staying at the Pop. We always have to take a ride on it during our trips. Such a great view over the resorts and parks. I will add you to the Countdown List and look forward to seeing you here for more planning!!

Same here! Pop was the first on-site resort we ever stayed at years ago and we loved it. Once my kids got a taste of Port Orleans, though, there was no going back. My husband and I are just thrilled to be going back to Disney and Pop will be perfect for us. The skyliner is definitely a big plus! On our last trip in 2018 it hadn't opened yet, so we can't wait to experience it!

We went Sept 2021.. wasn't bad at all... hoping for a repeat this September!!

I'm a bit nervous because I went in late Jan and it was slammed. It was totally unexpected. I'm hoping the post covid crowds ease by then too!!

Hoping they will be having the Halloween parties this year...we went to the After Hours version of the Halloween Party last year and it was worth the high ticket price...

Just saw a post for a Disney Visa holders discount. I'm sure it can't be applied on top of the Disney+ discount, but if you didn't qualify for that you might want to check this out.

Just booked POFQ (river view) for 8/29-9/3 with the newly released Disney Visa Card room discount!

I'm attending a conference in Naples and had to of course add a trip to WDW afterward. Hoping for the return of MNSSHP and looking forward to checking out Ratatouille, Guardians and all of the 50th celebration items! I typically go during Labor Day week and am hoping that the week prior has nice, low crowds also.

Add us to the September club! Sept 6-13, staying at the Swan. Also hoping for MNSSHP or at least Boo Bash. Staying at Swan to get in on the "deluxe" late hours - hoping DS will have some late hours then. Can't wait for GotG!! We went to WDW right after the parks reopened and there were NO Crowds!!! Wishing it could always be that way lol!

We went during Labor Day week of 2020 and it was so nice, totally agree and I also wish that social distancing would be permanent! lol

i am AP holder but no discounts available so booked with the Disney+ discount when it first came out a few weeks ago...just checked rates using the “up to 30%“ Disney Visa card offer and rates were higher with the Disney Visa Card ....also very limited availability was looking at CSR and only upper level rooms were available and rates got even higher after Labor Day week.

My parents went in late Jan/early Feb and said the same thing. My dad was really disappointed and ready to go home.

I canceled Disney+ last year so can't get that discount and there was no way to check the pricing to see if it would be worth it to renew just to get a room discount. I doubt it would be.

I wanted a river view at POFQ anyway so it wasn't an issue for me that the standard room wasn't available in the Disney Visa offer.

Hi @Dentam and Welcome in to the September 2022 Group !!! So nice to be staying at Port Orleans French Quarters especially River View. I love the French Quarters - the pool is nice, resort small, good Food Court, and friendly staff. I totally understand the "had to add a Disney World Trip." I think all of our Group is hoping for low crowds too............. I will add you to our Countdown List and see you here for more planning

Welcome to the Club @wendy3!!!!! We have a Great Group here in the September 2022 Group!!!! We also went when Disney reopened September 2020 and there were No Crowds. Hope we will experience some lower crowd days during all of our September trips. My family and I will be there around your dates also!! Swan sounds nice and very convenient to Epcot and Guardians I will add you to the Countdown List and see you here for more planning!!!
