Wahoo! I will add you to our list of September travelers!

Hmm ok I'm thinking we will just stay with the Crystal Palace (winnie the pooh) breakfast. We did it last year and loved it, found it very filling. This frees up an extra credit for us then, so gotta figure out where to use it. We aren't going to be doing Epcot, so the Arkersha? one isnt an option. The 1900 park fair we did as well last year. The food for dinner was ok, nothing steller, but the Step Sisters were amazing. Best entertainment ever. Also we did Chef Mickey, and weren't blown away by it. Plus if we are going to see most of this gang at CMC, I'd rather see other characters. Guess we did most of them last year on our trip lol.

I think we will do Cape May Cafe, the Hollywood & Vine ( as we are doing HS) we loved this breakfast last year, and with the Jake & the Pirates added, it's a must for us. Just need to figure out one more non-park meal, most likely a dinner, with characters.

Has anyone been to Fantasmic? Where is the best seating, when do we have to line up? Or will be able to see it from anywhere? What is the best quick serve at H.S?

Going through out list. Ok, we're doing 5, yes, 5 character meals in one week. It's a little crazy, but with the dining plan, and it being our first time, I don't want to have to wait in crazy lines to meet everyone. I mean the girls waiting in line to meet everyone.

Tusker house - Breakfast
Akershus - lunch
Chef Mickey - Dinner
Garden Grill - Dinner
1900 - Dinner.

Yeah, that's not setting the expectations too high for future trips! :rotfl:

That's a good lineup! :thumbsup2 And we love letting the characters come to us at meals instead of having to wait for them in the parks!

Good day all!! We have decided to just stick with QS, that way we don't need to take hours out of our days to do TS. I am soo excited for this trip. I am making some custom tops for the girls. I must decide what and figure everything out before I start working for the summer.

I also pre-ordered my photopass CD and photobook. I loved the CD last yr. ended up with over 500 photos...we found every photopass photographer!!!! Let's see if we can top that this year!!!

Finalized my ADR list for my TA today:

50’s Prime Time Café – dinner
Akershus –late breakfast
Tusker House – late breakfast
Chef Mickey’s – dinner
San Angel Inn – dinner
1900 Park Fare– dinner
‘Ohana – late breakfast

I am hoping to make at least 1, maybe 2. I always book my trip for Sept and I am so busy working and making money all summer since it's the only time I work , that I just can't take the time to sew then , so there definately can 't be 7 tops:rotfl: Can't wait to see what you made though!!

Here's 3 so far. Now, I didn't make these....I bought these off Etsy and have the rest coming from a friend who does embroidery/appliques.

My 4 year old couldn't decide what he wanted...he wanted Phineas, then he wanted Special Agent P, then he saw this one. LOL! When it arrived, he wanted the Phineas one as well. They just want everything!!

We have done the QSDP the last 2 years and opted for it again this year. I love making adr's and all that. But they seemed like we took alot of our time looking at our watch and then waiting to be seated. I will say I only had one meal that I didn't really care for and I will miss the extra snack this year. Are you planning any adr's Michelle?

We will do 2 TS meals OP but that still comes in to equal to what we would spend on tips. We also have 3 or so wp/down days again so it jsut makes it easier not having to try to be somewhere at a certain point in the day.

I know for sure one ADR will be Garden grill and I think we will do Rainforest this year.

Hi there, I remember some of you from last year's September thread :goodvibes

We're back in for September this year too! We were spoiled by our amazing stay at BC last year so we decided to rent DVC points this year and are staying at BWV from 9/11 through 9/19 :yay: We bought YES tickets with PH and and waterparks and more and saved a bundle! So excited to be trying the waterparks and DisneyQuest for the first time this year!

Airfare is already purchased on Southwest and our flights just went down so now we have $336 in airfare credits (might just have to plan another trip to use those credits ;))

September can't come soon enough :wizard:

I am so happy I found this thread. We are going to WDW for 4 nights in Sept (13-17). I have not been in over 10 years and my DH is closer to 15 years. We are bringing our DD who will be a couple weeks shy of her 3rd bday and it is her first visit. We cannot wait to take her there and show her the castle and pricesses and Mickey and Minnie. We are staying at the Poly as we want to be close to the parks with her and both DH and I have always wanted to stay there.

We were planning on going in Sept anyway and were overjoyed when we saw the FD offer. Now we just need to figure out where to make our ADRs. Suggestions?

Anyway it is just fun to read along with everyone else who is so excited!

Love to preorder the photopass CD. We usually end up with a little over 200 pics.

I made my daughter this minnie sundress with it a few years ago and am thinking of what to make her this year. That looks really nice as a top. You did a great job on the skirt, too. I only sew, don't applique and I haven't made anything in over a year. I am definitely going to make some things for this trip, though, because dd asked me to ;)
