My AAA travel agent wasn't able to apply the pin code to my reservation. I'm not sure she knows what she's doing! Anyway, I called CRO myself and could book at WL but I'd lose my guaranteed bunk beds. I spoke with a wonderful CM who said they were expecting fall packages in the next week or so and that it could be a better deal than my pin code. I think I'll wait until at least Monday or Tuesday to speak with my AAA agent again. I'd really like to keep my bunk beds if at all possible or move to the Poly.

... to book a package for DSs and family. They really want to stay at WL. For the last few weeks, the only view available for their dates was courtyard bunk bed view. I was working late last night and jumped on the WDW website to check yet again and waa lah a woods view bunk bed view was available . I quickly called WDW travel and booked their 7 night MYW + dining package. I am still crossing my fingers for a discount to apply next week. I love planning WDW trips and am having a ball helping them. I'm "almost" forgetting that I'm headed to WDW in 36 days !!!

Thanks for checking again this morning.
I couldn't stand waiting anymore so I called last night and spoke with "Mac". No codes were attached to my name or pins or anything.

I just decided to book Pop Century so that at least I have something in the value resorts. My hope is to get a moderate . They offered me POR and Caribbean beach but they were $165 plus tax and I declined.

Anyone else here going to run the Tower of Terror 13K on Oct 27th?

Booking a room now is a good idea. I already have mine booked under the AAA discount but keep looking for those AP discounts for a better discount.

I had a lot of trouble getting my travel agent to apply my pin code to my reservation. After my own research I finally got everything straightened out(good thing for the travel agent She told me the code didn't apply to me!!!) I finally saved about 400.00 could it get better with a fall code?

Thanks to everyone who keeps checking for the discounts. For several years I paid rack rate every time we went until I found out about the Dis Boards.

How do you get put on the list for pincodes? I've been going to WDW for 14 years, at least twice a year and have yet to receive a pincode. Should I be registered somewhere besides having an AP and giving reservations my e-mail?

I already have reservations for POP for Oct 6-13, but I'm hoping a code comes out so I won't feel so bad about upgrading. Anyway...I've been playing on disney's site and it seems almost everything is booked up!! Has anybody else noticed this? Do you think that they hold rooms that aren't listed on their website? Just curious!! I hope a code comes out soon, though.

I am in a complete panic about that as well!!
I have been waiting for AP rates to book our room reservations, and think I may have made a HUGE mistake!!

Normally we don't care much where we stay, BUT, this time we are having a huge 4 day event for my DD's 16th birthday, with several of the things planned at the Grand Floridian, so of course that would be the most ideal place to stay.

All the nights we need are avalible but one..the MOST important one!!

To make things even worse I need more than one room, so I don't know what my chances are now!

I think rooms will open up once peoples 45 days out mark comes up and they either cancel their reservations or change plans. Have faith and keep your fingers crossed.

I have just a quick question: Does AP mean Annual Pass? And if so will there be codes released (if there are any released) so none Annual pass holders? Ive already booked a Value Resort but hoping for a code to upgrade to a Moderate, can any one answer this question?

Well, if you look at the list of DIS'ers going in October http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1360866 it seems that there is a larger number of them going at the same time as you are than at any other time during the month. It would not surprise me to find that the resorts are booked because of the fact that this will be regular season due to the F&W Fest and the MNSSHP's.

Remember, discount codes are not meant to save any money for those of us that have already booked, they are meant to fill rooms that haven't been booked by making it more appealing to the hold outs and last minute travelers to commit to travel. By booking early, we are filling rooms, which decreases the stock of open rooms and also decreases the availablity of rooms that will be offered at a discounted rate. Maggie

Received a postcard today and saved $149. We just had to switch from the Pop to the Music which isn't a big deal. It is just my DH and myself this trip for out Ann. We will be there Oct 3-7. I was hoping for a little more but every little bit helps.
