I have been soooo swamped with life this past week, I was not able to update the list. I'm sorry friends. And it looks like I will not be able to update the list till next week. We leave today for Equestrian Special Olympics for Justin or shall I say "JT". I will bring my laptop with me, but not sure if I will have time to get online. Again, I am sorry. I wish everyone a wonderful weekend and hopefully I will be back next week with an updated list.

Don't worry about the list and have a great time!!

Ok, since I know you all follow everything I say word for word :lmao: and remember way back early summer when I mentioned I saw a neurologist for my migraines and they found a lesion on my brain, I thought I'd post that I got the results of my follow up MRI today and the lesion is GONE!!!!!!!! That's just something you have to tell as many people about as possible!! Back when it was first discovered I was being told it could be Lyme disease (negative) and it could be MS and it could be Lupus (still hasn't been ruled out), but more and more it looks like it is neurological side effects from Celiac disease, which I was just diagnosed with a little more than a month ago. I've been gluten free ever since. My neuro agrees the lesion was so small that the gluten free diet could absolutely have caused the reversal in the lesion. So hey, guess what?? Tonight I will :dance3: :rockband:party: ! I'm meeting up with some friends conveniently anyway. :)

Ok, I had to scream it out to the world, but I'm done now. Thanks!

Woooohoooo! That's wonderful news! Congrats! :dance3::banana::cheer2::thumbsup2 You should splurge and do something extra special for yourself at WDW. Maybe a massage at the spa or something. :goodvibes

I think I'm down to like 54 days? It's just a matter of (not so) patiently waiting for me. My parents decided to join us for our trip so I had to totally redo all my ADRs and lost a few biggies (like Le Cellier), but I'm so excited they are coming! We're eating at 8 restaurants, and 7 of them are new. Excited to try some new stuff! This is the first trip for all 4 of my kids and my parents. Only DH and I have been before. This is going to be so much fun! Got my 2 boys signed up for Pirates League and my 2 girls for BBB. I almost wish I had signed Mom & I up for it too. :rotfl:Everything is paid for and ready to go. It feels so weird not having anything to do as far as planning. Quick, someone give me something to do/research/plan! :lmao:

Woot! Woot! Great News Lisa!:woohoo:
So are your migraines gone now too? I suffer from them and it's NO FUN! My "prescription dujour" is Maxalt.:headache:

Okay - here's something to worry about....at least for those of us that will be there on the 28th.......

From TouringPlans.com:
"Vice President Joe Biden will be attending the Florida Democratic Convention being held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort October 28-31, 2011.

Biden will be giving a speech as part of the convention on October 28, 2011. Expect delays in transportation to and from the Magic Kingdom and in particular to and from the Contemporary Resort due to increased security measures. It’s likely they will limit access to the Contemporary Resort entirely during his visit as they have done in the past with such visits. Do not expect to visit the Contemporary “just because” or for shopping that day.

Delays with the Magic Kingdom’s transportation system will be due to the proximity of the Contemporary Resort to the bus drop-off and the requisite motorcade when the VP travels. In the past these events have caused significant backups with the buses attempting to pick-up/drop-off at the Magic Kingdom."

:scared1: That's our last full day there. Thank goodness we don't have specific park plans!!!

Thanks!! Migraines aren't gone completely, but we're thinking they are gluten related. I'm on Topamax right now but I'm weaning off, so we'll see if being gluten free eliminates them! I hear for some people it doesn't completely, but it gets rid of them mostly. I've had one recently when I took generic Imitrex, which apparently can contain gluten (who knew?), and I was in bed for 3 days. I don't want to be doing that, but I don't want to stay on the Topamax either, so I need a happy medium. No lesions is good, though. I'll take it!! :thumbsup2

Hm, we are going to have dinner at CRT on Oct 28. Guess we better plan on lots of time to get there. Thanks for the heads-up! :thumbsup2

Oh my gosh, talk about real pixie dust!!!! Never stop celebrating!!!!

Thanks everyone! Had myself 2 margaritas and some Macho Nachos last night with friends to celebrate. That's what they are called, I swear! :lmao: Delish!

65 days!

We've gotten a little slow here lately. End of summer I guess. Everyone ready for the school year to start? No difference for us except an increase in traffic to get to day care/work. The good thing is September means we're that much closer to Disney!!! :cheer2:

I got some good news this morning! I was sad that I couldn't get free dining the week we are going Oct 12-16th. This morning though I had a resort upgrade pin waiting for me. I have been calling once a week! I was able to upgrade from POP to CBR in a preferred room. This will be our first time staying at a MOD. We have been to all the Values and this would have been our second time at POP. :cheer2:

Congrats! :cool1:

I got the same pin (we are arriving a day early, before our package at WL starts) to upgrade from Pop to CSR for only $19, so I jumped on it! Can't wait to check out CSR! :woohoo:

LMC, CONGRATULATIONS!! Wonderful news!!!

UGh, on the dates for Biden. I will be there during part of that time. I wonder if it's just the 28th that will be bad? I have an early ADR on the 29th before we leave and it will be a big headache if stuff is delayed :(.

Congrats!!!!!!:cool1::hug::banana::thumbsup2:dance3::yay: I am so happy for you, now to figure out what is causing the migraines.

Quick update on JT. He competed yesterday and won 3rd place/bronze medal! I am so proud of him! I think he would have placed at least 2nd place if his horse would have gone backwards like he was suppose to.

Today we have a free day, the Special Olympics is having fun activities planned for the families and athletes, so we are off to that. JT competes again tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. Oh that is going to be an early morning. See you all later. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Lisa - That is AMAZING!!!! So happy for you. My 16 year old son has Chiari (pronounced Key-R-E) so we know all about headaches.

Also - we are at 49 days till Disney...Woo Hoo we are in the 40's.

When we started planning this trip we originally planned to go the last week of Oct. SOOOOOO glad that we changed the dates after hearing about Vice Prez being there. For those of you that will be there then...I am SORRY!

I think I have all the stuff ready to make our shirts, and I am excited about getting started making them this week. It is strange not obsessing about everything Disney now that most everything is done. Now I have to find something else to focus on. :rotfl: Oh Wait....I already have something else to focus on....my SIL is going through IVF transfer today, so maybe in 12 days we will find out that IT WORKED. :dance3: I hope so

lmc318 - That is wonderful news about your MRI! :thumbsup2

Today we are 67 days from our trip and I just paid off the balance of our package!

We will be there Oct 7-13 staying at POFQ going to the MNNSHP on Oct 11. We are closing in on the "under 50" crowd. :dance3:

Loving the fact another New Jerseyan will be down there same time as us! We'll be at POR from the 7th-10th, then moving to the Swan from the 10th-15th. Still trying to figure when we'll be going to MNSSHP, but we'll definitely make an appearance!
