52 for me. But I have a surprise trip to Atlantic City to deal with first.

I have some friends that are cast members, and I am lucky enough to receive the friends & family discount. Right now, I have 40% off my room (a villa at OKW ). In another week or two, I should be at 50% off (the offer just needs to be extended). I would never have been able to stay at OKW if not for the discount. I'm actually going to end up paying less at OKW than I would if I had stayed at POR and got free dining. It just works for us (besides, having the kitchen, the kids can have pizza, they're DiGiorno addicts, and we have a full size fridge which is awesome).

So, no free dining for us, but still getting a wonderful discount.

I am also very LUCKY and BLESSED to have a college roommate and his wife who are cast members, and they're helping us with our November trip (40% off - O.M.G.!!!) I will be closing on my house at the end of October, so this trip HAS to be on the low-budget side of things. Like you said, no free dining, but the savings sure does make it worth it!!

I'm sure I'll have my friend help in 2015 - that's when I've decided to FINALLY stay at either Polynesian or Contemporary for my 40th anniversary of Disney World vacations (1st visit in 1975!)

Does the disney date counter count by the second day to something? I am supposed ot be 60 days to,or row but the mde site says that is the 61 day. Just curious it's a bit weird!

The way my day is going, 60 or 61 wouldn't matter. I am planning to leave for the airport anytime now and my counter says 68. A sleeping bag waiting for my flight would be better than dealing with this situation.

What is most frustrating about today is I'm afraid it's going to effect my leaving in November. PLEASE!!!

Maybe when DH gets home I'll hand him a suitcase and say, let's leave now and drive down.

Congrats on AKL Jambo it's such a beautiful and peaceful resort. Their CL still sends us a Christmas card every year and our last stay was in 2003.

I know how you feel 66 days for us and it's dragging. I started having the pre trip dreams where I get to the airport and can't find our tickets or our luggage gets lost or we left something important behind

Yes! They are most definitely breakfast food! As a matter of fact, I ate Tastycake cupcakes (chocolate filled, of course) for breakfast yesterday morning.

Thanks! I needed that. Tough day but it's ok now. Just made me really anxious to get away for a week. But nervous what will happen while I'm away.

I sure hope you are right about that 50%! I'm in the same boat. Currently have 40% on an AoA suite but really hoping Disney announces the 50% with discounted dining soon for November. When they released the latest increment ending on 26 October (one week short of what I need) I just about died. I am planning and budgeting as if it wont happen but if it does I will save $500

Called Dining tonight to see if I could make changes to 4 of our dining reservations. MDE acts funny sometimes, rather the just saying nothing is available it tells you to call. Of course I couldn't change anything, so frustrating. I really think the parks are going to be much more crowded with the free dining.
