Wow busy night last night.
Sheilby glad you made your flight ok and son is fine. Also glad the fridge is resolved. You might want to put your fridge on it's own circuit. Geeeze. Imagine if that would have happened this AM before leaving and you didn't know.

I really should try to figure out how to make DIS work on my phone.
It will be a pain but I refuse to bring my laptop.

I'll be watching for LGMH.

I leave Saturday bright and early. House is in pretty good shape so I'll still be checking in on occasion here until them. Hope the rest of you still packing don't run into snags. I'm taking deep breathes and asking God to continue to Bless this trip for me and all of you. I've been planning this trip way too long to have something get in the way.

Off to do more chores so I can come home to a clean house.
Oh ya it's in the 20s here too. But since my house has heat, I'm not feeling the cold. LOL I'm also going to try not to go outside today. Tomorrow is errand day. Gotta make that list.

DHs boss all of a sudden won't let him leave early Friday so basically he will get home at the peak of rush hour. Not saure I want to even bother start driving then or if we will just wait another hour or so till the roads clear out. 300+ days of planning and always something new to think about/adjust.

Single digits today. Although mom was admitted to hospital yest for pneumonia and she's going with us. Yikes got to get her on the mend.

It's freezing here today and we have wished tonight

Oh no!!!! I hope it warms up for you! I live in central Alabama and it dropped to 31 here last night!! We have a cold day again today with highs in the 50's. I am really praying for warm weather at Disney, but a cold day there is better than a cold day here anyway!

10 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I can't believe it's SO close!!!!! I just got So excited!!!!!!! Still need to finish packing!!! Maybe today.

We hit 9 days today and I am in full blown panic mode! It's so bad I don't even know where to start and my chest feels tight.

Can I suggest what I did?
Start with the attitude of "What is the bare minimum I need to do to survive".
For example if I have 3 shirts and 3 pairs of capris, with 1 pair of sneakers, socks and underwear........I can survive. I can buy a jacket there or anything else.......

Now my suitcase is over full. I need to back off.

Did the same with the house. What is the bare minimum I need to do to come home and be happy about my home. And I'm super shocked with how much has got done. And I still have 2 more days besides today to do it.

But if I sit here typing I'll get nothing done.

LOL it's crazy cause I'm usually mostly packed by now!! This is beyond late for me!! I don't feel panicked yet, just unmotivated to pack!!! lol Did you make a list? Usually helps me so much!!! Keep this in mind when you start to worry...Don't panic, get Excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!

That technique was probably best. Mine was throw everything I MIGHT POSSIBLY need in a pile as it comes out of the wash and narrow it down later. I am still going through stuff. I am very visual though so seeing everything in front of me does help.
Still not happy with the house, but since everyone was sick this week it was hard to clean. And well, I do have 3 small children, it's never going to be as I want it after all!

I did get an arm pad down after the scanner oh well

The sun is out and my toes are t frozen any more

I can't believe 11 months of dreaming and planning and wishing is all happening tomorrow. Good wishes to everyone here, it's been sooo much fun planning with all of ya'll. Here's hoping all illness get better and everyone has safe travels.

Regarding packing, I just packed two shorts, a capri, and all the red or white shirts I had. I had to go find dh a couple that would match what I'm wearing. And the ugly polo that he insists on taking just disappeared for some strange reason.

I had originally planned a first week of December trip to see everything Christmas but changed to get the free dining deal.
We have dinners at several resorts so I was hoping to see some too. I was mostly hoping that my son could see the train display at Beach Club. Did I read somewhere that there was a train display somewhere in Epcot? I remember reading that somewhere but have never seen it again.

Germany. We just got back. We're very sad lol. Have a great trip!

DD15 packed hers at least a week ago! She rolled them, put them in giant ziplock bags and squeezed the air out. That is what we've all done in the past. Well, except DH. He's a rebel with wrinkled clothes.

I'm just still waiting to see what the forecast will be - closer to time to leave. I don't trust it this far out. So much different today than yesterday....and the day before.....
