Are Easy Spirits expensive?

Well I saw some decorations on my first trip in 5th grade, went to bed one night and then woke up to decorations, but back then they decorated much later. I don't really remember them much. Next time I went to Disney was in September 2010 so the Christmas stuff will really be all new to me, and no one else in my family even has the 31 year old memories that I do. We are so excited. I truly can't think of anything other than Disney.

That is so cool, what a fun first dinner. Ours will be the night we arrive at Chefs de France. We have never been there so we are excited. We should be done in time to find a good spot for IllumiNations.

I have them on right now, they still feel great, but I have noticed that the area under the balls of my feet have thinned out considerably considering I wore them almost everyday in the spring and summer. I may go look and see if I can get another pair for the trip. I'm surprised by how much I can walk around in them without my feet hurting. I get plantar fasciitis really easily without good support, but these don't seem to give me a problem.

In the summer they run buy 1 get 1 free making them not to expensive.. I have bad sesamoid bones in my feet I need thick bottoms. They are very stylish the summer sandle.. They are the most cushioned I have tried. I can't do any wedge at the moment while my knee surgery Is healing. Sneakers this trip except by the pool . I hope we get pool westher We love chef de France we are going there sunday the 11 th my weakness delicious banquettes. Lol

There is probably still a fork in The Land ride from when she threw hers over the railing at Garden Grill when Chip or Dale popped in our booth unexpectedly.
And she spilled my Sprite at both Chef Mickey and Tusker House when characters came -- all over my lap. At least it was clear.
Yet for some reason, I didn't learn and booked five characters meals again!

OK, I know I should feel for you, but I totally laughed out loud. I'm definitely going to look for the fork when we go through that ride!

Love that you are still the optimist and booked not one, but five character meals! Which ones?

It was most definitely not funny at the time, but now looking back I can laugh. I might ask if I can have a kids cup with a lid just in case.

As for character meals, we are doing Tusker House lunch, Garden Grill dinner ( :) ), Hollywood & Vine lunch, Chef Mickey breakfast, Crystal Palace breakfast, and 1900 Park Fare dinner.
Whoops. That's six. Let's hope she does better this time!

You are being far too productive. I'm making applesauce today, but I've never make fruit leather, is it hard?

Not too hard, just takes special equipment. I blend dates, chia seeds, applesauce, and whatever fruit I want it to taste like (our favorites are mixed berry, mango-banana, and strawberry-pineapple, but I think I'll try something new this time), then slap it in the dehydrator for about 12 hours at 135 degrees. With the chia seeds it's an excellent energy snack, one that 4/5 of our family members love. I also have to make about 8 lbs' worth of beef jerky next week. My dehydrator is getting a workout before Disney! :-)

Also, it's technically Monday, sooooo... TWELVE DAYS!!

WAHOOO, 10 days to go!! but i in my mind i don't count today or the day we arrive, so i pushed it ahead to 9 days!! lol :cool1:

This time next week we'll be on a plane!! Can't believe it's here; so much to do this week. Still trying to add my brother-in-law's family of 4 to two of our reservations (Ohana and Mama Melrose Fant!) -still get "unavailable to check..message." A little stressed it may never happen :( but still hoping!!

We arrived too late on Friday to have dinner.
So our first meal will be on Saturday at Ragland Road.
DS25 & GF live in West Palm Beach and will be joining us for dinner.

I'll have to look for that sale next summer,my MIL swears by them. I'll be in sneakers most of the time too down there. I like to have my feet fully protected and I tend to run everywhere.

I was hoping you did it in the oven so I could copy you.

Good Morning Everyone

We are finally in the single digits just 9 days left :woohoo::dance3::dancer::dance3::woohoo:

Me too!

So online check-in finally worked for me today. I did it back on day 60 and never got to the end but assumed it went through since it changed to modify check-in. Every time I tried to modify it though, it never got to the end either. I tried it today and I actually made it to a confirmation page - it's a Disney miracle!

Oh, BTW, my friend went to Fantasmic last night using the FP+ and the reserved seating still wasn't back. I still can't get a dining package for the night we are going. I'm totally bummed, I've never seen it and I thought the FP+ was going to be the ticket. I really don't handle long lines well. Not sure if I should just give up the FP+ for it and use it for the rides and just resign myself to getting there an hour early, or keep it and accept we won't have a great seat.

Bummer. I was hoping they would switch this back as well. Were the lines a lot shorter than the regular Fantasmic lines?

Wow I went to lay on the bed and read with the TV playing something I liked and booom!!! I was down for the count until about 3am but managed to sleep until DH got up for work at 7am. Wow I like full nights of sleep. I'm getting worried I will like it too much and during vacation find it more appealing than the parks. hmmmmm

12 days for us!
I'm a little disappointed that DH can't take tomorrow off because it's officially our 25th. But I can't be selfish I guess. I hope we at least go out for dinner. Heck I'll take McDonald's at this point. Just to get out of the house.

Today is clean under the sinks day. Ya I know I'm so exciting to check in on. But I'm tired of stuff being all over the counters.

BTW, My DS21 with Autism still doesn't like characters. Halloween is a nightmare as it really bothers him to see people in costume. AND I can't buy those cute Christmas or other holiday dishes that have the faces on them either. He won't watch a video of himself or his brother either. With that I think it's the "how can I be there if I'm here" weird feeling for him. Not sure.
Anyway, so we never did Character stuff with him when we took him to Disney. The first trip we did "Bear and the Big Blue house" and he seemed to enjoy it, but then our second trip, no go.
I wonder since he is a pokemon "expert" if there was a character somewhere if it would ruin his interest.
Anyway, I'm happy to go to a couple as adults myself.
Since most of our TS meals are dinner, I think we only see the Pooh gang for dinner and then we did do 1900 park fare one breakfast so we'll see. I believe that is Mary Poppins.

ok off to get dressed and get the bathrooms done before I shower.
I just find cleaning toilets require a shower after the fact.

Yes, but the regular line was already entering when she got there so it didn't really matter. She said she should have got there by 6 (it was a 7 o'clock show) to get a good seat. The window to fp+ only opens 35 minutes before the show. Seems really weird not to have reserved seating, even if it isn't front and center. I understand not wanting FP+ to have an impact on the dining package, but without some kind of reserved seating there are going to be a lot of problems, especially for people arriving at the end of their window.

I got to bed a late last night but I did fall asleep quickly since I had to take a Benedryl. However, my phone went off at 7:10am with a bunch of texts from my friend down in Disney, I was ready to kill her. I was hoping to sleep until 8 so that I would get enough sleep to run around like a mad woman today.
