In 2009, we had plans for a week at Disney during Thanksgiving. Well, as my luck would have it- I fell and broke my ankle THE WEEK BEFORE our trip! :-( So, we had to postpone our trip. We went in May of 2010, but I much prefer Disney during the cooler months.
Soooo, here I am planning another Thanksgiving trip! Hoping no disasters occur & keeping my fingers crossed for free dining during our stay. If I knew we could get free dining, I'd book right now.

We're going with another family at Thanksgiving (Nov 19-26) and staying off-site. This will be our 4th trip to WDW but we've never gone at a busy time and never off-site.

What's a pin code, and how do I get one? Is it just for DVC members?

We are going for our honeymoon in November, and I wanted to upgrade, but people told me they may upgrade us for free if we wait and call later. Any suggestions?

PIN CODES are DISCOUNTS that Disney RANDOMLY gives out Sometimes you may be lucky and get one just by inquiring about a Disney vacation, for example, ordering a vacation dvd or creating a few itineraries on disney's website but closing them out and stating they weren't what you were looking for or were out of your price range. Some get codes and they didn't do anything, it is all out of luck.

Howdy! Joining in! I'll be there from 24th of November til 8th December. I'm staying offsite for most of the trip BUT on the 6th of December moving to Pop Century for my first ever stay in a Florida Disney hotel (we've staying in hotels in Paris before but never Florida)

This will be our first trip together.. DH's first and my second time (first was in 1990!)
