We're planning another trip for Thanksgiving week! Can't wait!

We bought our plane tickets! Yay! We were able to find an over night flight on the way there and an evening flight on the way back. I know not many people like to do over night flights, but it is better than waking up super early only to get there and have your day already over. This way we can take a nap and enjoy most of our first day, and also enjoy most of our last day as well.

We will be at Fort Wilderness Cabins November 29th - December 7th, 2010. We are excited and can't wait to start booking our ADR's and planning our days.

Anyone else going to be there that week?

Well. We are about 20 days ( depending on when the tax return comes.. lol) From placing our reservation.. We are doing 10 days at Pop Century. Dining Plan and Park Hoppers... and MNSSHP .. We are really hoping for Free Dining but would settle for at the very least a pin code.. never gotten one before . WE have already been in contact with our Disney Travel Agent for about the last 2 months getting some questions out of the way.. She is the one we used when we went three years ago and we where really pleased with the service we received so we will use her again.

Have never rented points before, anyone have any experience or encouraging advice?

We've rented points for our November 2010 stay at AKV. We were excited to bump up from a value to a DVC.

I looked both here on disboards in the DVC section and at **************** for owners to rent from for our trip. There is some good advice on both sites about renting, for both renters and owners. Ours has gone very smoothly

Disboards recently changed its rental page policies a bit. Not quite sure what the changes are, but take a look. Our rental was completed prior to the changes, so I didn't bother trying to figure it out.

We are going in June for 2 days for my sons birthday, he doesn't know about it, its a surprise, so I just got done booking 2 dinners for that..

I don't think I am going to go overboard with the dining in November.. we are staying 8 nights, but I don't think I am going to do a sit down meal everynight. I think I want it to be more laid back. go with the flow. I may do about 4-5 sit down meals and then just counter service. We'll see. I have to wait for tourguide mikes least crowded days to come out so I can plan my park days first..

it seems so far away! I can't start booking ADR's until May!!

PLUS, now, I am going to run the Disney 1/2 Marathon in Jan 2011, so another chance to go back to disney!! woohoo!!

Today we changed our dates from Halloween, so that we'll be there on my Mom's birthday (November 15th) instead. Our new dates are 11/7-11/18, Pop Century, deluxe dining.

We were previously booked at the Boardwalk with quick service dining, but when we though of fancy sleeping versus fancy eating, eating won!

Cool. You get there the day before we leave.. We are at pop as well.. We talked about fancy sleeping vs fancy eating vs a longer stay. lol.. we went with the longer stay regular dining plan and pop..

Just booked my flights for October 25th- November 5th. Will hopefully be staying in POFQ and if I book pretty soon I will get free dining- woohoo. It will be a surprise trip for DS4.
