OFFICIAL - NON SPOILER Amazing Race: Unfinished Business Premieres 2/20/11

So glad the pinks are gone, I like Vyxen but Kent is so annoying and always crying like a 3 year old, she was always doing everything and taking his abuse too.

I agree with some of the comments, Kent was so annoying with his comments and nagging Vyxen so BE started mocking him and that always work because he got so frustrated and didn't read the clue correctly.

So glad Justin and Zen made it.

for those who didn't like BE's comments, have you ever been to a Globetrotters game or played bball? Trash talk is part of the game. He was just doing what he does!

I will ring the bell again...I'm so glad the pinks are gone. I'm rooting for Zev and Justin...go Aspies...but any of the 4 remaining teams are great.

OMG I LOVE Zev and Justin. They are so funny. When Justin was digging for the dummy in the snow, Zev was just lying on his side complaining about the snow. Justin is sooooo good with Zev, he was like, "come on buddy, help me out here." and Zev couldn't be bothered!

Then when he was doing the chocolate and everyone was fighting he was like, "too many cooks in the kitchen........"

And when the lady said, "Now I am filling the mold with chocolate." He was like, "Thank you captain obvious!"

I started to reallly like Zev when he did an entire leg in his silvery silk pajamas. They have such a genuine friendship.

WOOHOO!!!! Buh-bye Kent!

I was yelling at the tv "yes, get a taxi, pinks. Get a taxi!" and they listened. :happytv: Wasn't sure if Zev and Justin had enough time to catch up before the end of the penalty and, when they got lost, I was sure that they wouldn't. So very happy when I saw them scoot around the corner of the building where K&V were snarking at each other. :rotfl2: I think I threw up a little in my mouth when she said she was leaving with the BEST teammate in TAR. Really?! Um.... I wholeheartedly disagree.

Is this the first time there are 4 teams at the end. I thought there was three at the end ...I must be getting old can't remember that either.
There was at least one other season that started with four teams in the two hour finale. I don't remember which, but I think there was a pit stop in the middle - almost like two separate episodes. One challenge had the teams (or at least one member) scale a pretty sheer cliff, and the team of two middle-aged women got eliminated.

Or not. I could be remembering something entirely different :umbrella:

I think that they will go from 4 teams to 3 teams in the first 30-60 minutes and then onto the finale.

Anyone hear Zev tonight "that's the Matterhorn. They named it after the ride at Disneyland. Pretty mindboggling." :rotfl: OMG, I cracked up. He's slowly becoming my favorite of the entire race.
Loved that line! That was great! :happytv:

I have it on the DVR, and might have to rewatch, but I thought that Vyxsin had been working on just one half of the mold for a long time, (that's why Kent kept saying "put it in the oven" :happytv:). I think hers was way further along than the others who went back and forth more, so I don't think that it was her that took FT's, or if she did, she only hurt herself in the process. I was so happy when they got in the cab, though, knowing they'd get a penalty and give Z&J a chance!

I don't like the GT's trash talk, never did, but it's true, that's the way they are. Remember in their first season, at the top of the big water slide with the girl with the water wings?! :happytv: I have to say, those water wings were one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TAR!

I'm really hoping for Gary and Mallory or Zev and Justin to win.

I'm going to go back and see if I can figure out who took the wrong mold. They should have had names on them, though.

I don't blame BE one bit for being upset. And to hear Kynt squeal about it--I was yelling at the TV, "Watch out, Big Easy, he's going to hit you with his purse!"

In any event, I'm glad the GTs pulled out a win for the leg. I really like them--they work with other teams a lot, and really seem to have good attitudes.

Vyxsin has to have some serious issues to put up with Kynt's crap. Serious low self-esteem or something going on there. And him whining about how "positive" he's been the whole race--I wonder what he thinks of himself now that he's seen the show? Vyxsin seems like a nice person and a hard worker.

What happened with the GT didn't bother me. At first it did, when he started mocking Kent (or Kynt -- however he spells it). It's so pretty, etc. However, it is a race, and I think most athletes use tactics like that to fluster their competition. It wasn't unlike a catcher engaging a batter in small talk at the plate. Apparently, it worked, too. It flustered the pinks enough to the point they didn't read the clue correctly, so I say, "Well played."

About him though..... did he really let Vyxsin pull that guy up all by herself? When they showed them, she was doing the work and he was just watching over the edge. And then when he blamed HER for misreading the clue. Un.BE.lievable.

I agree atheletes trash talk, it is what they do whether on the court, as they line up for football, or the baseball example.

Well, color me surprised - we got Amazing Race on a one hour delay. So I got to see the episode anyway (after reading here who got eliminated!)

I was surprised that the digging challenge was harder than the rescue.

So, is next week the finale? It is a two hour show?

Zev has a very dry sense of humor. He cracks me up.

It's about time the pinks went home. She was OK but he was a big baby. How could he blame her for not reading the clue correctly!! They both read it wrong! I think Zev and Justin have become the crowd favorites.

Now only can he not blame her, Vyxyn was having doubts about their taking a cab and he was sitting there saying he didn't want to hear it, he had his blinders on. So I blame Kent more than Vyxyn.

Oh well, I saw Kent and Vyksin take a taxi when the clue said to go by foot, so I pretty much guessed that would be their one way ticket back home. Glad Zev and Justin are still in it!

I was getting so nervous when they first went to the wrong place and the show kept going back to the pinks waiting. I was just hoping that Phil would not say time's up before the guys showed up.

As far as the whole mold thing goes, I was so confused about what was going on, I have no idea who had whose mold. You're all right when you say they should have put names on the molds or the shelves. There was too much opportunity for that kind of mistake.

At this point, I'll be happy with whomever wins. Even Keisha and Jen have improved in my eyes. I couldn't stand them in their first season.

The Goths saw everyone else on foot -- I'm wondering why that didn't ring the bell that they shouldn't be in a taxi. I think poor Vyxyn must have such low self-esteem she doesn't think she deserves anything better than whiny-baby Kynt.

I suspect that the chocolate scene was so edited that no one can really make heads or tails out of what really happened.

I thought Vixon didn't put anything in the freezer until that point :confused3

Maybe that's why no one got penalized?

Whatever. I can't say I'm sorry to see Kent & Vixon leave, but I just don't approve with some of the other team's attitudes this leg.
I thought she had two out and wasn't putting them in the fridge like everyone. That is when Kent kept saying put it in the oven....:lmao: Then I heard her say I am putting it on the bottom and Flight Time grabbed it from the bottom and the she said that was hers. She only had on out at that time and the woman she was working with said it was hers ...so he gave it to them. :confused3

Maybe your right .....let us know I didn't record it. That is just how I remember it. There was so much commotion then you are probably right.

Is this the first time there are 4 teams at the end. I thought there was three at the end ...I must be getting old can't remember that either.
What I remember was that everyone else was putting/taking their molds in and out of the freezer while Vixon was working on both of hers. Kynt kept telling her to do the same and calling the freezer an oven. She kept correcting him and telling him to leave her alone. She finally did put one mold in the freezer on the bottom. I hadn't seen anyone else at that point putting a mold there but that doesn't mean someone wasn't. Then FT grabbed hers and had to give it up. If someone took his then there should have been an extra mold floating around somewhere. There were two freezers sitting side by side. Did anyone else notice that? Maybe his was in there.

FT then went back and took someone else's after he had to give up Vixon's. I wonder what all we didn't see and how it all worked out.

Me and my dd watched the "Makeover show last nite" on TLC. I can't remember the name, but the person says, "How do I look". They said it was one of their biggest makeover's to date. I wonder if they got a hold of Vixen and they got rid of all the goth make-up, we are betting she is really pretty. I've grown to like her too, but her insecurities showed at the end when she said she is going home with the best partner. She did say, he is her best friend, but she could do a lot better.
I'd like to see her reaction after watching last night's episode. Does anyone know if they are still friends?

I'm going to go back and see if I can figure out who took the wrong mold. They should have had names on them, though.
Were you able to figure it out?

Probably so.

Impossible. Vyxsen was too busy doing the challenge to lift it for him!

I liked when Kent whined about Gary and Mallory being in a taxi, too. Um, no. Whether he just saw Gary asking a driver for directions or it was a deliberate attempt to mislead/trick the Pinks, the latter just plain deserved to lose for (a) reading the clue numerous times and missing "...make you way on foot..." every time; and (b) not using common sense when they saw at least two other teams on foot.

Tonight's episode seemed to contain much more blunt humor. Between Zev's Matterhorn and chocolate quips, he is my new favorite racer.

Just wanted to let those of you who haven't been able to see it yet that it is up on cbs.com

ENJOY!!

Whoo, that was a nail biter. The four of us were literally up on the edge of our seats yelling for Zev and Justin to get to the pit stop!!

SO glad that the GT went home and Zev and Justin are safe! I had commented that I thought GT got eliminated because they were so done up in their interviews and they'd never looked so overdone before. (ha! obviously everything is relative).

I love Zev and Justin but Zev kind of seems to be running out of gas so I'm not too hopeful that they'll win this thing. I guess my second choice would be Mallory and her dad, since she really seems to be enjoying every moment and he's so good at just getting it done.

I don't dislike any of the remaining teams. I agree that I like the sisters better this season than their original season.
