We'll be doing the November 8 party.
Very excited and hoping they will offer military tickets again this year!

That was the end of jersey week last year[/QUOTE

Well boo hiss. I didn't know that. Now I need another plan for Sunday. They don't do Christmas parties during Thanksgiving week.
Not yetDo we know yet which date they are going to start selling the MVMCP tickets?
Yes, if those party dates are accurate. So sorryOk, so we are going Dec. 17-22. I assumed that the last party would be on Dec. 17. Does this mean the Christmas parade and fireworks will not be "regular" until Dec. 23? Will we have to buy party tickets now to see it?
I wouldn't wait on the weather, they will probably be sold out by then!We are a family of 14 going to Disney World Nov. 12- 19th! Need advice about mvmcp! Ages 7-65 Is it worth it? Should I book early or wait until I know what the weather will be? Has anyone found out when parties were sold out in 2015? We went to mnsshp in 2013 and enjoyed it except it was more crowded than expected. This is our second trip and probably our last- I planned a perfect trip the last time and we had two 80 year olds with us! Hoping this trip is as magical- any advice is so appreciated!
Last year after CP Disney sent out a VERY long questionnaire about it. The scuttlebutt here and on other threads is that they may be planning to change how they do it this year.DH and I had a "planning party" as I call them last night and tackled Candlelight Processional at Epcot. Do the dining plan options tend to stay the same year to year? Obviously all I had to go on was 2015 info. We are probably going to do the package OOP since I don't want to burn up 2 TS credits. (We are already planning to do CRT, so there's already 2 spoken for). DH really wants to do San Angel for lunch. I can't believe it's only March and I'm already this excited!!

So, basically, just like Rumors (whoops, I mean Rivers) of Light, we won't know until we know! Lol

Changing it??? Of course they are... lol. Any rumors on what exactly? I MUST KNOW!!!![]()
Even though people have the dining package you still need to line up close to an hour in advance, if you want to have any hope of getting a decent seat. And those folks who don't have an ADR have very little hope of a decent spot. It's a small outdoor theatre, with not a lot of good seating. The actual "center aisle" is filled really fast, as there are probably only about 10 -12 rows of covered seating.I've never been to it but we're thinking about it for this year. What was "wrong" with it that they might be looking to change? Just curious.

After this past year, with the questionnaire, I believe they're rethinking how they are going to change things up. Not sure just how though, but there were a lot of questions about the package, how far out you planned, and how long in advance you lined up.
So, I believe there's change in the air!
Our trip starts 11/18, so that's the only night we can attend. Wish I could sign up for an email alert when tickets go on sale... maybe I can create a carefully worded Google Alert to let me know.
From what I have found out you have to buy the tickets the day of the event. There are military tickets for MVMCP? More info please.![]()
Thank you for the info on military tickets. I did a bit more research and did find out you have to buy them the day of the party. But even if they are sold out (which I don't think it will be early in Nov.), military are still guaranteed tickets. From what I have found out you have to buy the tickets the day of the event.
