We have 7 day tickets and park hoppers, so the extra 3 hours is pointless for us, we have that privilege regardless of hard tickets. I am leaning towards not doing day of. Am kicking around not buying until day of flight for whatever is still available but that carries risk too.

Just purchased our tickets for Dec. 3rd for our first time attending MVMCP. I can hardly wait to see my DGDs faces. What a great way to celebrate a 60th birthday!

Correct. We're going to MNSSHP 10/31 and MVMCP 11/8... I was glad to get the discount for 11/8.

Just bought our tickets for MVMCP on November 15th!!
I opted to have the tickets mailed, because I plan on sliding a letter in from Mickey Mouse saying he's sending us tickets because my youngest has done so well potty training, and my oldest has done so well in school.
I can't stinking wait for our first party!!

We will be going to WDW for the first time during the Christmas season! I am planning to go to the party on the 17th or 18th but have to go over the scheduling with my husband. He is still not sure it is worth it, but I think he would rather buy the party tickets then be in MK after the 19th when the park will be even more crowded.

How quickly do tickets to MVMCP sell out? My husband and I are trying to decide what dates we can make work, but I don't want to wait for too long.

Seems like the most economical thing to do for us would be to go to the party on arrival day (tentatively 12/4) and not have to buy a park ticket for that day. Can't decide anything until we book flights and see what time we will arrive. We are flying Southwest and they haven't released Nov/Dec dates yet so we'll have to wait. There is a very cheap flight on Jet Blue right now for us but I have the SW companion pass so I want to check there first. My least favorite thing about SW!

This is our first day of our trip and it is also my Husband's Birthday. We are hoping to get an early flight and then we are not sure what to do. We definitely want an early dinner at BOG before the party but might do mini golf once we settle in at our resort or might go to MK. Now that we have these tickets I need SW to come out with fares and the end of next month when we can finall make ADRs.
