We buy all new clothes for our trips bc I scrapbook and I can't repeat the same thing I've worn before. We also coordinate so the photos will look good!!!!!!!! I plan the colors to the types of pages I would typically make for that park . Crazy I know but it's Disney!!!!!

I love it!! Yes, another person who understands the clothes-to-scrapbook obsession! I started this a few years ago and everytime I'm doing my books I just love the way it turns out! We do this now for all types of special occasions, not just Disney.

Yes, we'll be wearing the same clothes as our July 2010 trip but I'm OK with that. I'll get to see how the girls have grown into their clothes!

We were finally able to switch our reservation to our first choice - POFQ (a room finally opened up with the military discount). So, to change my dates on here (last time, I promise) - we'll be at the POFQ from May 10th to May 20th. I wish May would hurry up and get here!

All Star Movies Resort May 16th - 23rd. With Free QS Dining. It's going to be me, my friend and her mom, and her two little sisters...it will be their first trip to Disney so I'm going to show them the time of their lives!

I thought free dining in May was for May 25-June 2.
I have read though people getting pins for free dining April-Aug. in mail.
Just wondering!

Yes, I got the PIN in an email, was very excited. This was kind of a shoestring budget trip so we really needed it! Have fun on your trip, we'll be coming in behind ya!

I love it! Do you ever post your pages?

Not regularly. Right now I'm just doing a quick photobook (snapfish, picaboo) to get the trip book done and then I plan to go back and actually scrapbook the pages that I really like and want to keep in hardcopy.

I'm working on my 2nd baby's scrapbook so it's taking some time to get to the Disney pages. But I do have some pages done before my 2nd child was born and I'll try to post a pic here this week. (Luv sharing!)

It's funny that you both mention doing this on purpose. Back in 2008 for our first family trip, I did not necessarily plan for us to dress in similar color schemes. However, when we got home and I was putting our scrapbook together, I noticed in the pictures, that most days the 4 of us actually happened to wear outfits that were similiar in color(s). And you're right--the pictures looked so good! I think it's funny that I didn't even notice while we were there and it wasn't until we got home and I was looking through our pics that I realized we all matched!

In our second and third trips, we didn't have on the same colors as much and I noticed a difference in the pics. I'm thinking that I'm going to go with a simliar color scheme again for us this year. If only I can get DH to coordinate, then I'll be good to go!!

Paid off the balance of the trip today, and booked our flights! I'm kind of treating my sister for an early high school graduation trip, thanks to a rather generous tax refund

With the matching outfits....on our first tip last year....we matched almost everyday....it was neat.....plus we got alot of compliments and it was easier for us to find each other

this May we will do it again with the matching clothes!

I'm really getting super excited! I am also totally guilty of packing color coordinating clothes for pictures.. I was SO excited I got my husband to agree to matching mickey christmas sweaters for our christmas trip! But he ended up leaving on a short notice deployment just after thanksgiving so we canceled the trip..but he should be home in a few weeks and then we'll finally get our christmas trip- in may! We decided to go to Victoria & Albert as our "christmas gift" to each other..I am super excited about this trip- I'm pretty sure I'm completely unbearable to my family and co workers at this point!

We never dress exactly alike but I do like to be in similar colors. Someone always makes some kind of comment to us (mostly good).

Now on the days where the girls dress up like princesses, we don't do that. I may have to work on those days to get us to match too! I always do take back up outfits for them since the costumes tend to get hot & itchy after a few hours.

Actually....we don't match in color but we have tye dye shirts...DH and DS match in camo colors, and mine is purple, yellow and pink
Then, we are doing a day with soda...I know a lil silly but that's me...I love this, DH...Pepsi, Me...Dr. Pepper, DS....Mountain Dew
Then, DH and DS are BIG Chevy fans....and of course, ME....I drive a mustang so I will be sporty my Ford shirt and they will have chevy shirts
Then, we had Tebi73 make us shirts with our favorite character and our name in a mickey head...DH has Dopey on a white T, Mine has Mickey on a Pale Yellow T and DS has Donald on a Grey T.

may 1st to 8th at saratoga springs. first stay there after we had to put some dvc points in holding last month. they expire at the end of may so off me, the kids and a good friend go for a second visit to disney this year!
