****Official May 2012 Thread**** ALMOST TIME TO LEAVE!!

So close, and yet, so far... Atleast I'm starting to near the "100s" instead of it being in the 300s, when I first started my countdown. XD

We're at 199 today for May! DS thinks that's the next time he's going but really, in 2 weeks, we'll be there! It's been torture keeping it from him. Can't wait to tell him!

We've cut down the ADR's quite a bit for May now that we're going this month. My MIL is a bit short on cash and I'm trying to make it as cheap as possible for her so that means lots more meals & snacks in the room rather than eating out.. oh well!

Hoping to join in!

Tentative dates: May 19-June 3...give or take a few days on either end. If kids have snow days this winter, we may have to bump back the start date so my kids are praying for snow delays only, no missed school...now that's a switch

Location: Probably POR, possibly a split stay at Animation

Hey guys! We have nothing really set in stone just yet but as of now we're "in discussion" phase. Tentative dates are May 19-25th. Give or take a few on either end. We will be celebrating my dd's graduation from High School!

We've got extra family members coming but my hotel of preference is Coronado. Hopefully we can get the ball rolling on planning and have something set in stone soon enough!

Yah May! I hope to have a job before then but i will be going before my AP expires. My tentative dates are 5/19 to 5/24. split stay between yacht and some value resort i haven't chosen. just hoping for some AP discounts.

No problem.
Yeah, AK sure does close early. They don't have the EMH PM anymore, but when I went in May 2010 when they had EMH PM so much was closed it wasn't worth it (to me anyway). Last Safari was it 6:00PM (well, line closed then), walking trails were closed. I guess it has something to do with getting the animals inside for the night.

Honestly, I'm fine with Animal Kingdom closing early. We'll get there in the morning, ride everything by 7pm, and then go to Downtown Disney. Hehehe
