no disney near us....I am going to the mall today and I think I will pick some small things to fill their stockings with, go with a disney theme..but dont' it to be too easy.....

Yesterday I ordered the epic mickey game for the wii, so I might try and incorparate that somehow???

I am sure that in the end it will work out.

We just booked our trip for May 7-14 2011!!!

We booked CSR w/ a 30% off pin!! This is our first time not staying at PoP and also getting to see the Flower and Garden Festival!

Ours is an hour away Our Dollar Tree has lots of disney stuff.. I get my stocking stuffers from there..

I am starting to get antsy. I'm glad I booked early, because I got all of the dining reservations I wanted, but I HATE the wait.

just got back from the mall, I found a ton of stuff for the stocking stuffers at Target in the dollar bins, even found mickey mouse calendars for a dollar! I also picked up some items to use in planning the BIG surprise. I am really getting super excited now!!!

we just booked our may trip! This will be the forth year in a row! Going to celebrate my birthday and graduation! Can't wait! May 12-19!

just booked our trip too, we are going May 21-29, staying at the POP, hoping to hit up Star Wars weekends, even considering heading down on the 20th, depending on Flights.

Is it bad that I have started packing, we bought the boys some shirts at the Disney Outlet, and they are put away already until our trip.

Now I can't wait to plan our daily activities! I will wail and let the kids help plan though, I have made the ADR, so we will plan around those, I am not going to make any real ridgid plans because having never been there before I want to have flexability so a lot will be going with the flow......I am sure thwt what ever we do, we will have fun.

Heck no thats not bad! lol I got a bunch of stuff for our kids last winter from our Disney store at the Mall of America and have it packed away for when we go. Its alot cheaper then buying souvenirs at WDW. I also got Disney stuff this past summer at the dollar tree store. Each day I plan to put a new souvenir by their pillow in the morning. I'M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!

When you mentioned them before, I didn't realize they were mickey mouse calendars. Yes they are super cute!! I could not believe all the stuff I found for a dollar!!! I don't know if the kids will figure it out with just the stocking stuffers, they normally go thru the stockings before we get up, So I hope they don't figure it out until after they open all the other gifts, then we do our big reveal!!

sorry guys just had to write on here purely for the reason that my ticker now says less than 5 months !!
i have been so lazy on the boards recently with christmas and 6 birthdays in december including our sons on new years eve !!!
plus am just recovering from bronchitis as well thank god its over before christmas
anyway i will be popping up my adr's soon as they are all done and then i will be picking brains about a pre trip report !!

WoW! we are down to 4 months now!!! When we first desided to go to WDW it was 14 months away and it seemed like forever and now it seems so close and I am getting sooooo very excited!!! I cannot wait to be a kid again w/my kids, it sure makes being a mom wonderful to beable to take them to WDW!!

I just bookd a secret vacation for my girls on the day the get out of school. Not gonna tell them about it & just leave. Drive all night (I will have to come up with some story as to why we are driving all night) but won't it be GREAT to wake up and be in Florida. I can't wait to see their faces.

We normally go every three years and this is 1 1/2 years early so they will NOT be expecting it.

Doing an 8 day hopper week! Can't wait...now to secretly plan the meals.

I am jumping on board....we are booked for May 28-June 3. Surprise trip for the kids...We are so excited. This is our second trip but first trip on-site and FREE DINING. WOOHOO. We are staying at POP

Wow -- don't know how you and others plan a secret vacation! We talk about Disney all the time in our house and it would definitely come out.
