Official May 2011 thread!

You can do online check-in on the Disney site when you are 10 days from arrival. They will have your packet ready for you and there is a different line that you go in. It saved us a bunch of time last time, but it was our TA that did it for us last time. I get to do mine tomorrow. I'm excited!!!

I also love online check-in. It's saved us time the past 2 trips that we've used it!

UPS should be dropping off my Disney store package today! I got Alan a 2011 Disney shirt and I got a "Class of 2011" Mickey ears (graduating college in July).

Saturday I'm cleaning more of the house, Sunday we are eating lunch with my best friend and my mom is flying in Sunday night. Tuesday is my late husband's 28th birthday and we're going to go to the cemetary and then out to dinner. Then next weekend is Alan's birthday. The weekend of May 6th I'll do something with my mom for Mother's day and then she's leaving to go back to Illinois. Then the following weekend we are packing for our trip.

Yep....I'm expecting packages in the mail too.....one is my vera bag for the trip and another is a shirt for my hubby....it is backordered...but it says will ship before we leave....I just hope it arrives before we leave!

Starting to gather up all the toiletries....and figuring out our outfits...we try to match everyday we are there...it's easier to find each other that way!

I don't leave for another month, but I am completely packed. At least all the clothes, toiletries and such. I still have to finish all of my goodies and put all of the packages together, and get our drinks and snacks and such. Then the Friday before we leave, I will get the car cleaned, on Monday I will do laundry, gather electronics, chargers, etc then on Tuesday I will have to make our picnic lunches to eat on the way and pack the car. I am super excited!!

We will be at POP from 5/3-5/8!!! Starting our trip at Cocoa Beach 4/30-5/3.

3 weeks from today I will be loading our van up & waiting for DH to come home so we can power nap then take off driving!

I'm waiting on 2 blankets I ordered off of Woot.com for the kids... not sure where I'm going to fit them into gift packages yet. I bought a travel Connect 4 and I have to wrap that one yet too. I also ordered our autograph book yesterday I was planning to make my own but the ink I ordered never came (I got charged though - BOO to all-ink.com) I wrote down all our ADR's today on a notecard... planning on making little mini books for each park and then my big plan of course.

Forgot to mention, we're going to talk to DH's aunt tonight (they were just at WDW last week... got us maps and everything) so it should be a night of Disney chat for us

40 more minutes of work today, helping some friends move in the cold and rain tonight and tomorrow..it's been a Disney dreaming kinda day.
