** Official ** March 2011!!!

Beyond excited to join this thread...thought we would be waiting until 2012 for our next trip, but I was able to talk DH into March 3-10 2011!!

We got an awesome PIN code and it got our room down to less than a $1000. We usually do Free dining, but are taking a chance with the room discount and tickets from UT. It seems like the discount will cover the cost of food if we stick to what we like and share some meals. We always end up with food left on the kids plates because they don't like the selections from the kid menus, so we will get to order what will actually get eaten and hopefully save some money along the way.

We will be staying at POR, we are looking forward to trying a new resort. We've been to POP twice and CBR once and really liked it, but couldn't get a standard room for this week with our discount. We are excited about what POR has to offer for activities, we always end up with a couple of days at the resort and if the weather is not too warm we can fill the time with things like carriage rides, bonfires with smores, and fishing!! Getting totally exited!!

Thurs 3rd: Raglan Road (it's a tradition)
Fri 4th: Kona Cafe
Sat 5th: LeCellier (lunch)
Sun 6th: Rose & Crown
Mon 7th: Day off from Parks
Tue 8th: The Plaza
Wed 9th: Sci Fi
Thur 10th: Eat at hotel waiting for flight home

So glad to have found this thread, I've enjoyed reading everyone's progress with planning their vacations!! Now I can sit and wait with all of you, I'm gonna start reading past March trip reports to hold me over!!

POR will be in the works for us once DS reaches 3 since they have the trundles, otherwise I would have tried it this visit. When are you traveling and who with? I would love to start up a PTR but with 3 children and their crazy schedules I can't ever seem to sit down much these days

I have been reading along, just not posting much. Too much online shopping. ATM WDW is the last thing on my mind.. too focused on the holidays and other things to think too much about our vacation. But it's definitely in the back of my mind. I'm hoping Santa brings me some WDW gift cards.

We are flying from BUF to MCO on March 3 and staying until March 10. It will be me, DH and DD's 6 and 10 yo. I've never attempted either a PTR or a TR, but thinking about it now that you bring it up I work midnights and my weekend is the middle of the week so that would give me 2 days child free to work on one, but I am pretty much computer illiterate and figuring out posting pics would take me so long that the Mods would shut me down for being so slow

As far as Kona is concerned, we found that one by accident, sort of. We wanted O'hana, well I wanted O'hana...but it was full and I had read about Kona here on the threads. This was in April of this year. We had great food and great service, so I thought we could eat there again.

When I was trying to talk DH into this trip I got on the online dining reservation system and did a search for all of our faves and once he saw how good it was and how cheap it would be with the PIN code, well it was all over folks!

Our ADR is at 2:25...we have eaten there for Dinner, but not being on the Dining Plan this year, I thought we could still get a great meal at lunch for less. But when I booked this was the only time available. It's a little late for us, but we were willing to adjust for the chance to eat there again.

Some people might think I'm strange but I like those late lunches since the places seem to be less packed during the "off" times. In fact, most of my ADR's for lunch are for around this time
