Hey, we will be there June 15-21. Can't wait. First Family trip to the World. Twins are 5 and sooooooo excited! Hope to see some fellow disers there!

28 days to go - I had previously been thinking in terms of weeks rather than days. 4 weeks to go sounds good, 28 days sounds better, I think.

Just got in my DME paperwork yesterday, and it really got me excited that my vacation is almost FINALLY here.

OK, well you know that commerical with the kids not sleeping and the lil boy says he is to excited to sleep and then it shows the parents and they are doing the same thing...Well that is so me right now and I still have until the 14th of next month before I get there...Ughhhhh!
Ok, so anyway, I know I am rambling but I know you all "get it" So I was going to do a pre-trip report and I thought I would share it with you all first and see if there is anything I am over looking or that maybe you can help me add that lil something extra too.
Ok, yes I have already started packing. Everything I buy new for vacation goes straight into the suitcases and that is where it stays.
I have made my travel bingo games for my kids for the trip down. I love the idea of using disney stickers to mark them so I think I will pick some up while I am out this weekend. I am also going to start picking up some cheap lil gifts/surprises for on the way down...My kids are DS8 and DD14, so it will be intersting to see what I end up with.
I haven't been to home depot yet but that is on my list of things to do...gotta get those LGMH's. I also am going to get lime green poster board and really do up our window at ASMusic for Father's day...I'm still stuck on the goofy theme...but that's my husband...Goofy. I already have his gift bought, wrapped and in the suitcase too.
I have made all our ADR's...were trying to only eat in the parks this time...Last couple of times we felt like every place we ate at was in a resort and felt like we were always trying to get to somwhere else...here is our adr's (again)
6/14: check in early at ASMusic...Heading for DHS aka MGM. I know it is SWW, and even though were not big fans, we all thought it was kinda neat when we went one time before. Anyway...were having dinner at 50's Prime Time.
6/15: Fathers Day...so were heading off to my DH's favorite park...AK. For a man who wont ride rollar coasters or much else he loves dinosaur...yuck...lol. Anyway, we have dinner adr for Yak & Yeti. this is a new one for us and were excited about it.
6/16: Not sure where we will start he day but we will likely take a mid day break, and maybe have a swim before heading for Epcot for dinner at Coral Reef. Last time we ate there we were lucky enough to see Mickey Scuba diving...what the chances my luck will let us see him again...???
6/17: AM EMH @ MK then breakfast at Crystal palace. We will stay in MK for a while then when it gets to crowded we will prob check out another park...nothing in stone yet.
6/18: sleep in...I am sure we will need it by this time, then off to MK for the day. Dinner at Liberty Tree
6/19: Nothing planned...take it as it comes kinda day. Prob just hit what ever park we feel like we missed the most at. Thinking about Planet Hollywood for dinner, or maybe even a late lunch. We also talked about maybe hitting House of Blues since I always say next time I wanna try there...lol.
6/20: Hanging around the pool or what ever until close to lunch then back to DHS fro lunch at Sci Fi...spend the day hitting everything then we have dinner at Hollywood & Vine with the fantasmic package.
6/21: The sad day comes around...we will head for AK for the AM EMH, breakfast at tusker house...maybe grab a few last minute rides and then...sadly we have to leave by mid day. We might grab lunch at the resort before we leave but need to get on the road for the depressing trip home.
But oh well, then I get to start planning my next Disney trip . Maybe even a disney cruise...who knows!

Were going to be at the beach on the 13th...Maybe...lol. We have talked about seeing if we can get a room for the night at Poly and just running around DTD & relaxing at the pool or what ever. I dont know for sure yet...but I am fine with either...lol! Dont know if I wanna be in the ocean on Friday the 13th.... ...at least there are no sharks in the pool @ the resorts.

35 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Husband changed original reservation for 8 nights @ Pop to 2 nighst @ Pop and 6 nights @ Yacht Club. Deluxe HERE WE COME.

We are very excited to explore the Board Walk and SAB. The bottom line the kids are getting bigger and we want larger rooms with bigger beds. The Epcot area was our choice since our kids just love DHS.

You know what they say...once yuo go Deluxe, you'll never go back. Seriously, we stayed at the Poly last year and it was DIVINE! I will seriously have trouble staying at Pop (although I'm sure it is very nice) when I got back in Feb.

My first trip back in 17 years!!! We will be at the Polynesian June 10-15th (my birthday!) celebrating my 10th year as a breast cancer survivor and my DH's retirement with our 2-DD's (27 & 30) and their boyfriends. 33 days, 10 hours and 33 minutes until our flight. I am SO excited I am driving my DH crazy! Good thing my 27 y/o is as Disney crazy as I am! We e-mail links to each other all day long! Tips, food pictures, lists, wishes, you name it. We have ADR for every day we are there. (I'm married to an engineer so everything has to be semi-planned). I get so hungry just thinking about the yummy food we will be eating!! I want it to come fast, but I'm aftaid it will be over too soon.

Sending pixie dust to us all for good weather and a safe & wonderful trip!!

Amy--glad you got a break from studying! Thanks for the shopping advice on the Crocs! We live in TX too, so there is a Dillards in just about every mall!!!

Hope to see some of you in a few weeks--so much to do! I teach PreSchool so I have so much on my plate trying to get the end of the year stuff finished. Haven't even thought about packing. Or, registering for our 3 night cruise we are doing in the middle. But it will be worth it when we arrive!

We are at ASMu on the 15-20th! We are planning on eating at Fulton's that day; I told DH that he gets to choose where we eat since it's Father's Day. What are y'all buying your DHs for Father's Day? Mine has everything that he needs, but I want to give him something special to open while we are there. He is not a big Disney buff like me, so it would have to be non-Disney.

I've got my LGMHs, but I have not decided what to do with them yet. I have thought about decorating our window as well, that is if DH doesn't mind; he's funny that way!

Well it's finally over! I made it through that horrid test! It was really hard, too.

I may have already asked you this and you may have already told me, but where do you live in our great state? I'm in Aggieland and it's crazy around here due to finals, graduation, and all of the students moving out. I do love summers here, though, because it gets quiet!

I have 2 pairs of the Croc flip flops and I live in them. I wear them around like house shoes I love them so much. I even have a Lime green pair with a hot pink footbed.

I just saw someone wearing a pair of those the other day. They are so cute! I am seriously thinking about buying myself a pair. I also saw a pair that were pink and brown; very cute also! How is the support in the Crocs flip flops?

Thanks SnowWhite - we haven't told the kids until we check in @ the YC. It's alot of $, but we think it's worth. Didn't President Bush said spend it.
