I am taking dd3 and ds6 from 6/24 - 6/30. We are staying at POP.

Jun 1 - 13 Staying at Pop Century

6th Trip since 1995

Single Mom with DS14 and a first timer friend also 14. It will be sooooo fun to see it through a first timers eyes!!

Here's our itinerary (subject to change)

Jun 1 - am travel / DHS (aka MGM) / Fantasmic
Jun 2 - Epcot / monorail to MK for 7pm ADR @ Liberty Tree / parade & fireworks
Jun 3 - MK am EMH / Pleasure Island for Comedy Club & Adventure Club
Jun 4 - DisneyQuest (both are gamers, their #1 request!!) / Cirque 6pm
Jun 5 - Typhoon Lagoon (we will use this as kind of a rest day..sleep late/bed early)
Jun 6 - AK / 7:35 ADR @ Chef Mickey
Jun 7 - DHS (although Star Wars dates not posted yet..we are keeping our fingers crossed!!) / ride boat to Epcot for 7:10 ADR @ Garden Grill / Illuminations
Jun 8 - DHS (more Star Wars and all the other great stuff too!!)
Jun 9 - AK (pm EMH)
Jun 10 - Back to DisneyQuest (they can't get enough!!) / Planet Hollywood
Note: as of March 08, they no longer accept ADRs.
Jun 11 - Blizzard Beach / maybe go back to Pleasure Island
Jun 12 - 10:30 ADR @ Ohana / then probably Epcot or whatever else floats our boat!!
Jun 13 - Heading back home:

We will officially be there from 6/7 - 6/20, for MY 40th birthday! We have all the ADRs confirmed, including two breakfasts at CRT. I will be cancelling one of them later this week. I like booking the earliest possible table for that shot of the kids in front of the castle with nobody around.

At the moment, we have ASMo booked and have loved it there in the past. If a great AP rate comes out, then we may consider WL or YC.

We booked airfare on free miles a few months ago, and the airlines have made several changes since then. My best guess for now is we'll arrive later in the evening on the 7th and mid-day on the 20th. Right now, we're planning on a rental car, but may just go with ME later.

It's the first trip w/ the kids. We'll be celebrating DS's 4th bday. More family is coming as well. I am hoping to get some deals.

I used to work for Disney, as an Imagineer. I built costumes for the animatronics on the rides (Indiana Jones' costume) and worked on California Disney and Tokyo Disneyland. Years later, and no longer working for Disney or living in CA, I am shocked by the prices (since I got in free w/ 4 people; as did DH). Unbelievable! We need to find something cheap. We may stay off site, if it's a better deal. But, still debating...

We be at Pop May 31- June 3 then on to CBR until June 8. It would be great to find a better deal. Especially since I'm still working on airfare at $300 each for a family of 4 flying SW from STL. Every little bit helps!
