We're going - group of 10 - 3 couples, 4 kids. Staying off-site. We'll be there 6/15-6/22/07. We just went Thanksgiving and unexpectedly have an opportunity to go back. Hoping it won't be unbearably hot.

That's what I want to know. We usually have an intiernary sent to us by now from the Concierge and we got nothing

I go through AAA, so it might be different for me. I usually get my documents about a month before the trip -- maybe 3 weeks. It does help reality set in!
