My family arrived Saturday and it has rained most of the time we've been here :-( So its not the sunny FL vacation we were dreaming of, but we are still having a good time. Lots of groups of teenage girls speaking Spanish and thinking they rule the parks . Chance of rain goes down each day for the rest of our stay, so we're hoping to salvage some sunny days at the end!

I don't know where you can get a card. I know that Jiko gave us a birthday card when we dined there with lovely sayings from the staff. I wonder if they would give you one at AKL front desk. It's a red card with "Celebrate Today" on the front.



I'm actually making a custom card for my parents anniversary. Which falls on the last full day we will be there. I plan to make my rounds to each country in Epcot and get "Happy Anniversary" in different languages.

Making a card is a great idea!
I'll start looking through my fonts and illustrations.

Went to the Disney Store today. Got my DD a Rapunzel wedding dress. She really wants to dress like Rapunzel at CRT this year even though she knows Rapunzel won't be there. Anyway, as we were leaving the Cm said "Have a magical day." It felt like a little piece of Disney magic for the day. Love hearing those words. Now I want to be in Disney that much faster.

What I'm doing for my parents anniversary card is printing it out on cardstock, which is available at most craft stores in the scrapbooking section. I know Michael's here sells them by the sheet. It withstands being handled better than regular paper. I'll put it in a plastic baggie that way it won't get wet in my bag because I'll be wearing a Camelbak when we're in the parks. It'll also cut down on it getting dirty, and creased.

I cannot believe that our travel day has sneaked up on us so quickly.

Been really busy with work, board duties etc.

Once the troops finish school we are heading off to the airport hotel and then tomorrow check in at 4.00am. Route is Aberdeen - Paris - Atlanta - Orlando.
We expect to check in at Old Key West Resort around 8.00pm.
