I'm chaperoning my DD field trip to the zoo today. 50+ First graders. I will NOT take the bus this year but volunteer to drive my mini van if any other moms or dads want to hitch a ride.
3 weeks from today I will be getting ready to head to the airport.
Can someone hit fast forward?? PLEASE!!!

Have fun at the zoo. When I taught 1st grade my favorite field trip was to Davis' Farmland.
I love seeing the look on the kids faces when they get up close with the animals.

I'm heading down in 3 weeks and 2 days1 WhooHoo!!!

The brand is "02COOL." It's called a "deluxe necklace fan." Model #FN02001. Not only is this going in my Disney bag, but I'm also putting one in our baseball bag for going to my DS games (gotta have my hands free for cheering!)

Good morning everyone! So my real packing for Disney has started. Still have over a month, but trying to get some things organized. Realized DD little self fan is broken. Debating whether I want to buy her another one. They are quite useful, but it also makes her want to keep it on 24 hours straight. We go through a lot of batteries. Guess I need to go shopping!

Great news! I've reached SINGLE DIGITS! I can now count the number of sleeps on my hands!
My sister's prom is tonight. Things are very hectic at the house right now, and we've got family up from FL. Between entertaining them, prom and graduation I have no time! I'm very jealous of those who are already packed. My hope is to start Monday.

And I took a nap today! I haven't done that in 5 years. It felt so good. I am really enjoying my first week home for summer vacation. The kids are at camp this week and I am just chilling out. It's much needed.

I do believe there is one in Cataumet, but I'm too lazy to venture over that way in the summer...too much traffic. I always make DH get off I95 when we're doing TF Green airport runs, so I can get my ice cream fix at the one on Rte.6. To further complicate things, someone posted that they found Dole Whips at an ice cream stand in Seekonk...now I'll have to choose between the two! .

I will be so sad if you find dole whips in Seekonk! I just moved out of RI and used to work up at a hospital in prov. not too far from there! Ten days until my next dole whip!
