~~*Official July 2013 Thread!*~~Our Month has Arrived!

I liked the CS food at Animal Kingdom well enough.... We didn't do much there last time we were at Disney, but we did eat at Restraurantasaurus (sp) for our counter meal and it was a great relaxing place with plenty of seats... The fish and chips place in Epcot is by far my favorite Counter service. I also love the one in France, but can't for the life of me remember the name.....Pinnochios by Small World is always where we stop for a quick meal when we're touring. My son wanted to go on Small world over and over and over again last time we were there (he was three) so I got to see it a lot. LOL

Good Morning Everyone - Fort Worth will see 70 degrees today. WOW!!! Disney is getting so close. Ready for this? Pulled out the suit cases :rotfl2:We went pre-disney shopping yesterday, Nike tennis shoes for Midori :scared1: OMG !!!!! 125.00 all I can say is Salmon color shoes are cute. Went to Victoria Secret to purchase a back pack for Disney also. Midori on spring break is expensive, she is on the internet shopping.

DD 13 is eye awakening - Sephora makeup, Urban Decay palette. I had to get her a Makeup Vanity last week. My lttle girl is growing up......:scared1::scared1::scared1:

How about at HS? Trying to decide on a quick dinner there.

DD and I really like Sci - Fi. We have been going there for the past 5 years. If you choose to go, ask for Sarah from Britain. Super nice person.

Sorry. I haven't been on recently. My mom (who went to Disney with the family every year) passed away so very unexpectedly on Friday morning. We are all in a state of shock. I can't believe we have lost her at the spry age of 60. Shocked is all I can say. At this point, I haven't decided whether we are still going to Disney this year....right now, I can't picture going without her. We had made all our plans, ADRs, etc. together. In the coming weeks, I will try to update the list, but if you don't see me for a while on the boards, you will know why. Thanks for understanding.

Anjalee - I am deeply sorry to hear about your loss. Our prayers will be with you and your family.

Hello fellow July-ers! I've been thinking a lot about booking the Wishes Dessert party on July 3rd (even though it's not wishes that night) since MK is going to be crazy crowed. Has anyone done it? Is it a good value during the busy season? Not sure if i'll call myself to book it when it opens or let my travel agent do it, i know the ressies are going to go fast!

So sorry for your loss. Thoughts are with you and your family.

RHMH I see you are from Fort Worth. This is a completely random thought process, but I was in Fort Worth this past October for my 40th birthday celebrating with a group of friends. I ate at the In and Out Burger, which was a big deal for me, seeing I've been wanting to try it for years and there aren't any east of Texas! I have never seen so much road construction anywhere in my entire life. LOL! Being from NJ, I obviously don't get out West much, ok, it was my first trip west of Georgia in my life. LOL I loved Ft. Worth. We went out to country bars in Downtown FT and just had the best time ever.... Ok random thought over.

We love it as well but we are looking for a quicker dinner... DD already has a sit down lunch that day so we are thinking of a CS for dinner.

Hello Friend - I think the In and Out Burger Shops started in FTW about a couple of years ago. Very Popular, Very Good Service and Very Tasty Food.

Road construction is everywhere in the DFW Metroplex. There is trffic back up's all day long because of the construction. Get this- The are goingt to start consrtuction on 35 going north of DTW to make a 2 toll paying lanes if you want to get out of the traffic.

Now that will bog the freeways up until 2018. Don't know exactly when the work will start but everywhere you turn, CONSTRUCTION !!!!!

DTW Fort Worth has a lot of fun things to do for people of all ages and it's pretty safe. Did you happen to see the Police on horses, bikes, segways and rollerblades?
