You know, I was thinking about that over the weekend. When Daddy died just a few months after our trips, the support from you guys here and on FB was every bit as helpful and heartfelt as my IRL friends. It's hard to believe that some people I consider to be good friends, I've never met, with the exception of Janet and Lois! Walt would be proud of us!

Love the picture! Its awesome that you all got to meet. Our July 09 thread people are truly the best. Julie and I have been hanging out occasionally on the August 10 board, but people hardly post there! Its totally not the same. I have high expectations now. I also could look in on the Nov 10 board, but haven't decided if I'm giving them a try. Julie and I will finally get to meet in August while we are both staying at the Pop.

Isn't it so strange?! We really were the best official month thread ever! Wendy and I (and a few others from this thread!) are doing a pretty good job of getting the July 2010 thread going. She's doing the list of who's going, I'm doing the list of ADRs and there are a lot of people contributing...but I don't know...it's just not the same....

I just checked this thread for old times sake and could not believe you guys have still been chatting it up over here!!! I'm keeping up with most of you on FaceBook, but it's sooo nice to know this thread is still active.

No Disney trip for us this year just too many things going on around here that need our attention. But....we have now decided to head back July 2011!!! DS is now entering his high school years and high school football takes up any and all spare time. The only weeks we have to vacation for the next four years will be the last week of June, first week of July. So I decided that July 4th is the perfect time to visit the mouse....Nikki you have to let me know how it is when you and Tom go this year, I want all the details. I'll keep my fingers crossed that one of you may join me in planning for July 2011!

I'm leaving for WDW in less than 2 weeks now! I can't believe it's been a year since all of our July 2009 trips....and almost my first anniversary! Where does the time go?

So I decided that July 4th is the perfect time to visit the mouse....Nikki you have to let me know how it is when you and Tom go this year, I want all the details.

Have a great trip! We had to move our trip up a little early - but I think we arrive the day you leave. We are now there from June 27-July 10. Are you flying or driving this year? We are driving, so we actually leave June 26 - single digits - 9 days!

The "plan" is to leave very early on Saturday and see if we can make it to southern Georgia, so that we only have about a 4 hour trip to Disney - in which case we should arrive around 1pm. I will send a pm with my cell phone if you want to to text me before you leave and I can let you know where we are....

Sounds like a plan. We will probably already be on the road, we're doing the whole trip back in one day, so we'll leave fairly early. BUT, you never know!

That is a long drive! We did it once but were zombies the next day. We do leave fairly early for the trip back though too.

hi everyone!

all good over here in England... in fact today marks exactly 1 YEAR until my wedding!!! 2010 is flying by!

Next year.. DF (well.. DH by then!!) and I will be on the Disney Dream June 21st-26th and then 1 week in WDW which will take us in to early July 2011
