Good morning everyone. It's the home stretch!!!

I got the suitcase out of the attic yesterday. Also started working my toiletries bag (I think I'll put it in the checked bag, so I don't have to deal with the 3oz rule).

I washed the shorts I'm taking with me and set them aside so I don't have to wash them again before I go.

Oh, almost forgot...I went to the local Indian casino on Saturday night....won $500!!!! That's a lot of churros!!!

$500!!! That's great! We somehow missed out on our "traditional" churro while on our trip. According to our KTTK guide, there are 3 churro carts in all of MK and we never saw a one! Gregg, our guide, thought it was funny that we mentioned the lack of churro carts in relation to DL. He thinks DL/DCA have them located a few feet away from each other!

And, boy , you weren't kidding when you said the Valley was hot!!!
Am now back in San Diego enjoying cooler weather and then DH and I leave for a too short Carnival cruise this weekend.

Well I am ready. Bags are packed..all I need is to throw in my toothbrush in the morning. I'm planning to get through the rest of the day, wake up at 4:30, brush teeth and leave! i can do make-up at the airport while waiting to board!

Sounds like the summer rains are still thriving. I am winging it and not bringing a poncho. I think I will just get drenched and enjoy it!

Our temps here this week have been lower 60's and finally 70 today. I fear my body will not handle the heat well!

I have my bag, my penny press list, my photo op list, camera, my travel papers, WDW book, ADR #'s, and bikini! Yep, I'm ready!

I'm 75% packed and I'm really getting excited. Can't wait to have a school bread and margarita(not at the same time) in Epcot on Friday!!
Hope everybody there is having an awesome time. Hopefully someone will do a live report. I'll try and do one if I have time.

I'm not sure if I'll post a full live trip report, but I'll at least post updates both here and on my Facebook page. I'll also post pictures over on Facebook. Not sure if I'll be able to figure out the new cut & paste function on my iPhone well enough to post live pictures here.

Lois, I will be glad to pass along your message to the main man Mickey.
I will be giving a mini live trip report here on this thread. I don't feel like giving a full trip report on the TR thread... too much pressure. I never actually finish them. Look for it in a few days if anyone cares. I will be posting some pics as well.

Looking forward to pulling the suitcase out of the attic on Wednesday. I have a pile of clothes on the chair waiting to be packed. Made my list of necessities and my list of 'still have to get'. BFF called this AM to tell me she's looking forward to 6 days of "no hubby and no kids". Bonus, she's got a brand new laptop and we get to play on vacation. I'll try to post live from WDW... can't wait to share a little 'magic' with everyone.

Hey all!
We are leaving in the morning. My DH decided not to work at all tomorrow so we can leave before noon. I am planning to sleep in a little as I know I won't be doing a whole lot of that at Disney. We drive to Denver and then fly out on Wednesday!! Can't wait!! I might have a little trouble sleeping tonight. For those of you that are leaving soon -stay safe and have a magical vacation!!

My wife and I have one more very long week before our anniversary trip! We started planning back in November, and now with the time for our departure a mere 7 days away, it seems as though time is dragging along at a snail's pace!
