FINALLY. Called DINE at 7am was told “over 15 minute wait”, waitied exactly 45 minutes to be disconnected. Waited a bit & called DINE again was told “more than 30 minutes” waited 47 minutes, was only asked if I was DVC or AP, never had to give numbers. Got my first choice Biergarten lunch & 5pm show on 12/13, prepaid. She did say only the 5pm show was showing availability. Good luck!

Call DVC AT 9:00 sharp. Initial estimate said 12 minutes. It’s now been 12 minutes and I just got another audio that said it will now be another 14 minutes. Fingers crossed LOL

Has anyone had luck using an AP voucher with a “Tickets Confirmation Number?” Or do you need an active AP to book?

Answered my own question:

No problem booking with an AP voucher
CM did ask for the Ticket Confirmation Number
On hold for 50 minutes on the DINE line
Got first choice of restaurant (Biergarten) dinner time (5:05 pm), and show time (8:15) for Dec. 15 with Gary Sinise.

My CM said Via Napoli was not fully downloaded. But DVC took 15 mins to reach someone when i called at 9

This was the same date I booked for and was also told only the 5pm show was available. I thought that was strange since I called when the lines opened. I bet they are holding back shows on this date.

This happened last year, as well. I believe they (or restaurant management) restrict availablity on AP day.

That’s what I figured. I’m on hold with member services to see if they have different inventory and I’ll check at 6am tomorrow if need be. Thanks!

I got thru DVC in like 10 mins. Got exactly what I wanted . Rose and crown 12/4 at 5 for 8:15 show

I was able to book before 9am with the regular dining number and just told them I was DVC.

I am on DVC.. Called right at 9 and was told wait time was 25 mins.. then 30 mins and then 35 mins and then 25 mins.. It's so stupid. I am waiting though. I really need Christmas Eve.

I booked with the regular dining number they just verified we were DVC with our resort reservation. I waited almost exactly 45 mins. Eating at 4 for us isn't ideal but we got the restaurant and show time we wanted so I'm happy. Hoping the TBA speaker for our date is John Stamos

So just like a normal reservation? No charge?

I wanted to add - I did not get an email, and via the View Confirmation link, it does not state Reservation Guarantee (“your reservation will be guaranteed by using your DDP...”) like my HDDR reservation.

So, I called back again a second time to verify and, yep, no charges.

I assume 4:00 if you want the 6:45 show? That is what we want.

So my mom was able to get through. We got the show time and restaurant but the mealtime is a little later than I wanted. Can these reservations be modified online ourselves? Or would we need to try and call tomorrow to see about an earlier time.

ok just finished with DVC member services. They are on top of things and were really good.

It seems BOTH restaurants in Italy have not released yet if anyone is wondering.

I got my second choice of Rose and Crown for 12/4 5:30pm with 8:15pm showing.

I called WDW-DINE right at 7 AM EST. Waiting maybe 10 mintues. I am AP holder. They requested the number from my card. Got 1st choice 11/29 5 pm show (daughter's choir is singing!!!) Chefs de France at 1 pm lunch.
