Lets see what I have! We stayed in Sugar Loaf room 6221 in March! GF was great! The service in Sugar Loaf was impecciable!! I highly reccomend it!

This thread (along with the GF FAQ thread) is getting me more excited for our first stay at the GF in July 2009 . Reading about the Grand and seeing lots of pics will (hopefully) make the next 11 months fly by .

luvthemouse71.....I think the GF is about $50/night more than the Poly.....comparing GV-GV......so about $350 more for the week on a 7 night stay .

Is this a picture of pop jets? I thought I had read someplace that GF had pop jets and a playground, but I have since read that there is not a playground so now I am wondering if there are pop jets. It kind of looks like water shooting out of the ground, but wasn't sure.

If there are pop jets my DD will be so excited. She may even say she wants to stay at GF again instead of POP (which she is mad we aren't staying at again this time and says is her hotel. )

Yes, that is a pop jet area near the pool. Honestly, I don't think there is a playground. We have stayed here twice, and I have never seen one!

Was just at Disney last week, and hadn't stopped into Grand Floridian in almost a year. It was time to head back in and see how the old girl was doing. Looking grand and wonderful as always:
