Good morning all!
With the Philly half (and a shiny new PR!) now two days behind me, it's all about GSC!!!! I will be taking definitely this week to recover, may take next week too. Haven't completely decided. I may only because I start working third shift on black friday for the holidays, which will mean I can run when the sun is up!!
I'm going to spend a couple of weeks just doing 30 minute runs during the week with 45 on the weekends before I settle into the plan that I usually use for training about 8 weeks out. I can't wait to just take my time with training and enjoy it for once. I'm very competitive with myself but the fact that I know going into this that I won't PR and that I'm just going to take my time and enjoy it all will be so much less stressful, LOL.
The excitement is really starting to build, ahhhh! I can't wait!!
