**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

We saw a new Olaf Christmas plush at DHS. It's super soft and squishy. The picture is deceiving because it's not very big. About half the size of the original Olaf plush. Maybe it's about 7 inches tall? I don't remember the price, $13.95 is what it might have been. I should have downloaded this last night when it was fresh in my head, rather than waiting til this morning. My apologies.

Best day ever! After the sing-along today a cm asked us to stay because someone wanted to meet ds. We stayed, and much to our surprise, the entire cast came out to meet us!!! Anna and Elsa hugged him. Kristoff shook his hand. The historians greeted him too. Anna remarked about remembering him from the parade this summer and asked him where his Sven was. DS was dressed as Olaf. Took several pictures. Erik said he loves how ds laughs at his jokes even when no one else does. Kristoff told ds that Elsa could make him his own personal flurry. Elsa was amazing! She asked if we went to MNSSHP, then what he dressed as. We said it was to hot so he didn't wear his costume. Erik came back with, you went without clothing? ! Too funny. It was the best meet EVER!!!

Now that is the Disney I know and love! I am so happy to hear the magic is still there! :cloud9:

The Disney magic is always there. I just think with all the many changes that have been going on at WDW some people tend to remember the bumps in the road more because they are so rare. Some people take the magic for granted sometimes and overlook much of it though it's still there.

Disney Magic! Thanks for sharing and making me smile.:goodvibes

Yes!! This is the biggest, most surprising dumping of pixie dust we have ever experienced.

I can't begin to describe how grateful we are for this huge magical moment and once in a lifetime opportunity!!! Thank you so much to Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Erik and Aria, the entire cast of For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration!!

OMG...what an amazing experience. So happy for your DS. Bet he was super excited!

Saw this show today and it was AWESOME!!!!! You need to book this as one of your FastPass+. Loved it. There was a lady in front of me with a baby boy, probably 5-6 moths old. You should have seen his face and smile when it "snowed" at first he didn't know what was going on, then he just laughed liked crazy and was looking a everybody. Fun for all was had.

We have our fp+ booked for this show... Does that mean we get in earlier? Where is the best place to sit?

They let the entire FP line in on Friday before the standby and the theater was like 2/3 filled with just the FP line.

Yikes!! So guess we should be showing up early even with a fp!!! Should we just try to get as close to the front? Any better seating places?

He was caught so off guard at first. But by the time we left, he was talking with them like they were old friends he's known forever. Once we got out of the building he was in disbelief. He couldn't believe it actually happened. Then the excitement came. He was on cloud 9.

Last night he said he wants to write them a thank you letter. Which I think is a great idea for him to do.

Sounds like you had a great time at the show! So cute about the baby.

The cm try to scan as many FP+ people as possible before the doors open so that you can just walk right inside and get a seat. The doors for FP+ were opening a couple minutes before the standby line. But I noticed on Saturday that most of the FP+ line was inside before the standby line started moving.

My son likes to stay in his w/c so we either get the very front row if it's not filled or the very back row. Both have their pluses and minuses. In the front, you get a close up view, but you can't see everything at the same time. You can either focus on the screen or the historians during the singing. In the back, you have people's heads in the way, but you can also get the full effects of the show. You can see both side screens, the historians and the main screen all at the same time.

If you are there during the holiday season during the days when the package is going on, the FP+ line will enter right after the package line. The first 2 rows are reserved for VIP and w/c or ECV. Rows 3 to 5 for the package. So FP+ can fill in after that or on the sides.

Right now when there is no package, FP+ has available all but the first 2 rows and last row where it's roped off.

Hopefully this is something they will continue doing? We noticed the same on Saturday.

We show up at the beginning of the return time window. But have also showed up near the end of it. Most of the FP+ line is direct sun. There are some umbrellas for shade, so some people do get lucky and get shade. Also the very front of the FP+ line, the left hand side is shaded. I started bringing an umbrella for DS.

The standby line is mostly shaded, except for the very front of it is direct sun. There is some air conditioning vents pumping in cold air, but unless you are right at a vent, it's nearly impossible to feel.

There are only a few bad seats. That would be ones where a pole obstructs your view.

I've found center, even with heads blocking (I'm under 5 feet tall) to be best for seating. The only area I haven't sat to see the show, was the bleachers.

We have FP+ for today after school. If you have any more questions, ask away and I will try to find out the answer today while I'm there if I don't know offhand.

I noticed this too...how the FP line was huge, which didn't leave much room for standby.

So sweet! Wonderful your DS had such an amazing experience (and you, seeing him). A note is a lovely idea to show how much this was appreciated.

I remember hearing in the past that FP+ and package were limited to 400 with standby of 600. Maybe the numbers have changed?

Truly amazing. I think a handwritten note would be great. He absolutely hates to write, so this suggestion coming from him means so much more. (Due to the misfirings in his brain he is having so many memory problems and letter formation is one of those things he is struggling with at present. So it will take much more effort on his behalf. We are working on that at home and at Occupation Therapy so is his therapist.)

There were definitely more then 400 in the FP line on Friday. Things like kids under 3 need seats but don't have FPs. We had 2 FPs but took up 4 seats because of our toddlers.

I forgot to take into account DAS and their family members too. None of them would have FP+ either.

Ugh. I was hoping to not get a FP for this, but not at the cost of not getting in. Does anyone know if shows are ever available as a 4th FP option?

Are kids under 3 required to have a seat? I'm hoping to just have my 1 year old on my lap. Were your kids able to see the stage while sitting in their seats?

On a low crowd level day, a FP+ is not needed.

Come the holidays, I would definitely recommend a FP+

I've seen lot of lap sitting.
